Hey guys, ive always had naturally big legs, in the past training years have always trained legs and still do, but now that im getting back into focusing on hypertrophy, i realise my legs are still big and my upper body lacks behind them.
Ive read enough on here about people asking if training legs is necessary and how chicken legs look. But because i have decent legs already. Will not training them actually and scientifically hault my upper body gains? (Producing growth hormones or whatever) Can post leg pics if necessary
Heres the legs pic, i carry most of my fat on my legs, im around 14% bf

I’m not a big guy 175lbs 10%bf, so I’m sure the bigger dudes will chime in with a better perspective, but I quite enjoy training legs as part of my total body sessions 3 times per week.
Honestly, if you feel your legs are big enough, I’d keep them so by pulling a sled a couple of times a week will will maintain size and maybe even add a little.

Well considering my legs are quite big, my “wantobehuge” doesnt concern my legs. Shouldve made my name WanttoHaveHugeUpperBody. My apologies. Not really.
And for such a big talker your pics dont really back it up. Chubby with probably no legs and hardly any muscle. Well done.

TBH it sounds more like you just do not like leg day or are still sore when you do legs again.
I would just do legs every 7-9 days then. Nothing wrong with having a longer rest time when you do legs.
