I’m doing belt-less lifting as well atm to try and get my core stronger. Do you find the deficit deadlift very helpfull? I’ve seen it posted around on a few logs in here but never personally tried it.

I just like them lol. I don’t care about carryover. I figure that since my goal is to be strong at every single thing I do then carryover is a trivial matter since I treat every lift as an end and not a mean.

Well you have plenty of time to recover as my frequency may be a little on the low side if I get a second job lol. I still want to try to get in the gym 4-5 times a week, but I’m aware that my time and energy are finite.

Everything. I know I need to beat the fuck out of hamstrings for one. My glutes get tight as hell (to the point of subtle pain) when I jump and that may be due in part to weak hamstrings. Can’t much load them in my squat either. I’m just going to have fun with my lifting and get stronger by consequence.

I was looking through your old logs and it seemed to pretty much come down to… press more. And push press. And do it once a week or so.
