No Legs on UFC Fighter

Forearms too small.
Needs a wheels shot.

Almost two years, and the guy still hasn’t put on much leg size. When will he learn?

Oh… wait.

Bones Jones is the man.

He has so much room to improve and is only 23. His brother plays for the Raiders (i think its the Raiders?)

Big enough legs to school a legend of the sport and have no visible weaknesses/worthy challengers in sight

LOL wut?

This site has a weird history of judging people who don’t give 2 shits about weight lifting/ bodybuilding on how they look in these terms.

“OMG!!! Did you see David Beckham??? He’s Tiny!!! NO MUSCLE MAZZ WHATSOEVAR!”

“WHY DONT SOME PEOPLE LIFT WEIGHTS??? I DON"T GET IT???”

Lol, this thread is great. But seriously, Bones is the man. He’s so relaxed he looks like he’s coming in for a cuddle or something and then BAM ELBOW IN THE FACE ‘points and winks at the crowd’. Very composed and very entertaining to watch.

Actually, one of his brothers is a defensive end on the Ravens (Arthur Jones) and his younger brother, Chandler, is a defensive end at Syracuse, where Arthur was an All-American.

The Wall St. Journal had a great article on Jon last week about how he is so athletically superior to today’s current fighters that he may revolutionize MMA. He is just destroying the top fighters in his weight class.

DB

Im so glad you bumped this Chris great thread. Bones is the fucking man, yea Greg I am pretty sure its the Raiders.

Hey DB, I heard (just from some buddies) Jones turned down d1 football offers to pursue MMA, do you know if thats factual? Pretty sweet to see guys doing that if so.

Ha, is it sad if that “functional muscle” reply is a personal all-time favorite? It was just too easy.

According to the WSJ article, he was a DII o DIII wrestler (I don’t recall that it even mentioned football). His roommate got him interested in MMA and he went into it to make some money.

DB

Bones Jones sucks, the guy lost to Matt Hamill!

Well, you know, ever since they added real color pictures it made it easier and then they went and added a sports section, so I was like, “SOLD!”
