You have some impressive squat numbers! As for diet, you might want to look into precisionnutrition dot com and order their $97 package. In my opinion it’s underpriced for the amount of recipes and thorough education you receive. It’s not a diet, just lots of information about nutrition and how to form habits around it.

When do you head back home? Maybe you could do a short program in the meantime? Like some sort of 3 week metabolic thing, i think i see them on the site sometimes…
But that’s just me - I have no idea how to “wing” a workout - i’m like an old school marm, structure, structure!
I’ll look into metabolic ‘things’ when I work out on my own, it sounds challenging.
I leave in about 2 weeks so I’m looking forward to exploring with a couple of routines. I’m not too thrilled about structure though, but I guess I should start. I kind of like not knowing exactly what I’m going to do.

Inverted Rows
Did a method where you do 3 reps of an exercise, take 10 seconds rest and repeat for 15 minutes.
I did 90 inverted rows using this method in the 15 minutes.

Weighted Decline Sit-ups
15 x 10 x 2 (The crunches made me too tired to do more reps)
Love those glute bridges! Weighted decline sit-ups are possibly my least favorite exercise ever… haha
When I stood up after the glute bridges my leg kinda gave out haha
The decline sit ups hurt like hell too after the ball crunches. Plus my stomach felt like an empty chamber since I only had coffee before the workout. So I figured that it was enough.

Yes to posting half pullups and chins - i don’t care what anyone says, pulling up your body-weight, even half of it is ridiculously hard.
Good work adding extra sets to the glute bridges! Those are actually my least favorite exercise. My hamstrings are stupid weak and cramp up!

I hate zerchers, my heart rate goes up like crazy. Love glute bridges, feeling them today. Same thing happens to me after doing them, but I like it. I’m a masochist ![]()
Practice them by putting your foot on a table or bench or something, palms directly under the shoulders. It’ll amaze you how quickly you gain strength from them. A lot of people faceplant, but that shouldn’t discourage you. Fear is actually the hardest part of the exercise… that and actually pushing your BW back up.

If you’re wondering why I didn’t do any DLs, it’s b/c my tailbone is a pain in my ass… quite literally. Did a set and couldn’t imagine doing 2 more. So I did the best I could with the other exercises. I tried GHR but I suck at those so I did a set of that and said screw it, I’ll do something else.
