Lol I know Aqua, that was stupid of me. I was pissed.
Then another PT who was training decided that he should tutor me on what I did wrong.
I don’t like him. And I dislike him even more for thinking that he knows what my problem is.
But I work with him and I have to play nice rolls eyes

Hence why I’m vague on my recipes. I know most others don’t need the diet version so might as well make 'em more deliciosu. Go ahead and use butter too! While I stick to cooking spray haha

Yeah Nadia, it’s not so much that I don’t think I’ll be ready, it’s just that I’ll be nervous now, I’ll be nervous in September. I just have to do it. I really feel like I’m being nervous for no reason.

Sadly couldn’t even fit cardio in.

Uhm, eats:
Protein pancakes with sugar-free syrup, 1/4 cup eggbeaters
Went to Pollo Tropical and had chicken leg and thigh, no skin, side salad and corn
Smoothie with mango, peach, 1/2 scoop PP powder and milk
2 chicken burritos with low-carb tortillas

I’m working on the BB poses and everything, it’s so exciting. I was fooling around with a posing routine at 12 this morning, posing for my mom and doggies and the pretty fishies, just trying to get a feel of what it’s like to pose for a minute and such.

I really need to think of a song to do my routine too, so if anyone wants to chime in there… :smiley:

Checked my BF today now I’m 16.9%
Just got a couple mm off my tummy. I feel the fat shedding there each day, but didn’t realize such miniscule changes add up.
So I’m ecstatic, and feeling more and more prepared for the comp.

As far as I know BB routines are slow and controlled so you need a song you can “liquidly” move through. Also the best routines have songs that just light up the contestants. Pic something that moves you and calls to you so you can smile and feel powerful through the song.

Exciting times ahead. You can practice posing for us too! It also sounds like we need some updated progress pictures. It’s been awhile since you’ve treated us…

Yes, I do need posing vids, and since there are more than just 3 poses (as in Figure), they should be more entertaining.

By the end of the month, I should have some pics. I read that when going from 18-16% bodyfat, physically there aren’t many changes. Nowhere is that truer than in my case.
Hopefully when I’m 15.9%, I can wow everyone ;D

great work on the shoulders! Beasting it! you can oad with calcium ascorbate and or camu camu powder to get the immune system back up and running. A mate of mine who just did a show had the same problems with a cold as he was cutting and thats what he used. Well not only did you do hit a on of PRs do about 3 of my workouts in 1 but most importantly making good friends in the gym! Experienced training partners can be invaluable so congrats on that.

Thanks Kalle, and they are definetely invaluable. I also get to practice posing with them. I’m so excited, in the quick 10 minutes that we spoke today, she already helped me with the lat spread. So I look forward to posing with her and the others.
She also told me what to expect day by day of the show, told me how to approach my peak week and she’s going to my show! Along with the personal trainer guy. I love them! <3

Yep Power, I’m basically getting threatened when I say that I want to do Figure. I’m happy someone saw that potential in me, because I always liked BBing, I just didn’t think I was cut out for it.
The 100 reps murdered my tris, I loved it.
And I swear that they’re looking better in my tricep pose. So I gotta keep doing them.

Eats for today:

Oatmeal, 1/2 scoop PP, and I cheated a little with vanilla yogurt covered raisins
PP shake in water
Slice w/w bread with 1 TBSP PB
1 cup brown rice, 2 servings of corned beef, 2 cups steamed cabbage
Uhm, I don’t even know what to say about my evening snack, I tried to make a protein pancake without the oat flour, and it was terrible. Someone told me that it worked fine for them, but apparently not for me.

So my failed pancake, and my cold, had me crying, something about wanting to have delicious food again :stuck_out_tongue:
You guys should be so happy you don’t have to be around me when I’m sick, I whine a lot.

This morning, did 1 hour on the stairmill with ankle weights on.
Working out is the only time I actually feel okay. Now I feel like Death. And I’m watching, what is this called, Tuff Puppy? Ugh, FML.
