Yeah Nadia, it’s not so much that I don’t think I’ll be ready, it’s just that I’ll be nervous now, I’ll be nervous in September. I just have to do it. I really feel like I’m being nervous for no reason.

Protein pancakes with sugar-free syrup, 1/4 cup eggbeaters
Went to Pollo Tropical and had chicken leg and thigh, no skin, side salad and corn
Smoothie with mango, peach, 1/2 scoop PP powder and milk
2 chicken burritos with low-carb tortillas
I’m working on the BB poses and everything, it’s so exciting. I was fooling around with a posing routine at 12 this morning, posing for my mom and doggies and the pretty fishies, just trying to get a feel of what it’s like to pose for a minute and such.
I really need to think of a song to do my routine too, so if anyone wants to chime in there… ![]()

Checked my BF today now I’m 16.9%
Just got a couple mm off my tummy. I feel the fat shedding there each day, but didn’t realize such miniscule changes add up.
So I’m ecstatic, and feeling more and more prepared for the comp.
