Nikki's Workout Log

you showed a lot of restraint going to wendy’s and getting a baked potato! If that was me…2 triple cheezburgers large fries and a coke, and some chicken nuggets…and the new fresh cut fries…BANGIN! That is my fat ass delight!

Nice work on the pullups, color me impressed!

umm that would most likely be from a hospital bed. i’m smelling sabotage! lol

but yeah. no way in hell you’re gonna be 5%. or want to be for that matter.

She says that she has a friend who’s 4’8 and competes at 4%. And I’ve seen it done before, women competing at 3% even, and I agree with her. I can’t see my thighs looking good at even 9%, which to me is a good comp weight. But I think that being short really makes all my fat stand out even more.
Tall people… they never understand
Haha

Matty, I do love their new fries. Amazing.
But Wendy’s restraint was nothing. My mom wanted to have the Chinese food cheat meal tonight, but I said no (still buzzed from thinking of competing in July followed by September) so I sat here and watched her eat orange chicken, fried dumplings and an egg roll while I ate stew and a sweet potato. Eh, my best is 11 but thank you lol

Keep up the good work. Keep kicking ass. Haters gonna hate…prove em wrong.

good job with the pullups and MP’s – that’s awesome.

5% is a small, small number, but I don’t know that world very well – just make sure you check out some sources other than that one girl at the gym.

Nikki, that was some seriously impressive pressing. Nice job! That workout would have killed me.

There is/was never a single moment of this log that was disappointing or not worth my time. And I really value my time. So MORE NIKKI is my vote.

Very right 747 (that’s you Dixies ;D)

Thanks Alisa.
I’ll see how far I get with the bodyfat. Sure, around 9% is perfectly fine for waltzing down the street, and OKAY for competition, but I don’t want to look OKAY on stage. I want to be shredded… like Muenster

Thanks Kimba, and no, it wouldn’t have killed you lol
You do some crazy stuff yourself, I’m sure if I worked out with you, I’ll be begging for mercy ;D

Thanks as always Munequita <3

maybe someone is calling them 3 and 4%… but it’s just not factual.

here’s another thread in which we went through this. =+)

and best quote ever from dianab:

hahahahha

I’m way late to this thread, but I don’t like to think of our lil spark-plug being down. (pops knuckles) Now…I hate to break this to you, as everyone was just being nice and sugarcoating the truth. You have a moral and ethical responsibility to keep a log here.

You have amassed a large following of people, and to suddenly stop logging would send them all into a mass depression, followed by a frenzy rivaled only in movies like “I Am Legend” and “28 Days Later”. Do you want that to happen? I didn’t think so. With great power comes even greater responsibility, Nikki. Use this power wisely, for you have been chosen. And you should totally take this seriously, as I’m a pretty big deal in my own right. Mm-hmm.

Now…(slaps your booty). Get some!!

^ HAHA! I also like, “a nice steaming cup of Go Fuck Yourself” - silly boys.

First off, how awesome that you met your gym-spiration! And that she’s helping you with your comp in September! That’s a double score.

Secondly, awesome pullups and those MPs are stellar! 65 is ridic! Well done cutie.

Nice pressing and pulling! And Deja has the right of it. 3% would put a female in the ICU.
It’s very hard to get an accurate BF measurement so any claims to attaining certain levels are a mixture of guessing, faux science and good old fashioned bullshit. Just go by weight, measurements and the mirror.

You guys are hella sweet.

Sorry for the vent, maybe I’m just stressed.
I know that there are lots of people here who support me, it just hurts to think that my training disappoints a few. But maybe that’s not my fault.

Ugh, I guess now will be a good time to start thinking of the title for my next log…
And I have to try to be really creative, since this log’s name is B-O-R-I-N-G.[/quote]

I haven’t been paying attention. So who is “disappointed”? Offer them a steaming hot mug of Go Fuck Yourself.

My thoughts exactly, articulated very well giterdone. Nikki, keep on keeping on – only take the counsel of yourself, and those whom you respect.

@MattyXL, those new fries are dynamite! I definitely think Wendy’s has the best tasting beef as far as fast food goes, the spicey chicken filet is dope also.

i’m surprised everyone loves the new fries. i miss the old ones soooo much! /pout

damn nikki just saw your new seated press prs… holy fuck!

Nikki - it’s Vikki…ok that’s too dumb…

I hope you stay and log in to “Double Chocolate Espresso”…at your age (young compared to my old) I envy your motivation, dedication and intensity. You go and do what’s right for you, nobody is a clone, what works for one doesn’t work for all.

Keep killing it girl!

Oh S.N.A.P! You know what these do to me!?

Doin’ good in here Chicka, keep it up.

Well whatever “inaccurate” body fat reading I get, I’m aiming for less than 7% bodyfat.

I understand that no one understands my situation since 1) Figure competition isn’t a lot of the goals of the females here and 2) I’m the only one here who stands at 5 feet.

So to illustrate why the typical 9% bodyfat won’t be a good package to bring to stage, I’ll make a comparison to Debra (I hate that I’m talking about her when she’s not here, but she’s the only one I know who fits this example)

Deb said in a post a while back that she was around 18% bodyfat. Right now, I’m at 18% bodyfat. But when you compare our pictures, don’t I look like, 21% bodyfat in comparison? I mean, her 18% and my 18% don’t match. That’s because she’s a lot taller than me, and her bodyfat is spread out more evenly on her body.

That’s why I need to be lower than my competition, just so I can hold a candle to them.

I guess it’s hard to explain but either way, it doesn’t matter. What’s the worse that can happen when you shoot for the moon? You miss and land among the stars?

LOL Beasty, you amuse me.
I would hate for “masses of people” to be depressed ;D

Thank you Maschy, I’ll be recruiting them to help me with my July comp as well. It’ll be so awesome to train with her!
Ha, I feel like a little school girl, sheesh.

Thank you Chi
And Wendy’s beef is delicious. And their double stack is like a steal. I feel like I robbed them for having that juicy, beefy, cheesy… oy, I’m getting off track here.

Thanks for the comments everyone.
Today I rested, not like I had much choice, I’m so sore.

Eats today:
Oatmeal, 1/2 scoop of PP powder, milk
PP shake in water
1 cup of rice, 2.5 hot dogs stir-fry
1 cup of rice, tofu stir-fry

And I’ll make a peanut butter crepe as my bedtime snack a little later.

Eh…I hope you’re not too stuck on that figure (7% bodyfat), and are instead focusing on how you look in the mirror.

Fixating on a specific number is somewhat amateurish.
