It seems as if my deload is being forced upon me. I was going to start my deload this coming Friday, but my body decided that today is the more opportune time.

With that said, I got very little done in the gym today, but it wasn’t a complete waste.

Bench Press
65 x 10
95 x 12 (at least this is getting easier and easier to do)
105 x 10 Rep PR; got a vid but it cut off around rep 7 or 8 :frowning:

Incline DB press sucked
The bar hurt too much to continue with military press so I stopped there.

Not sure a PR counts as a deload but if all you did was bench, considering your a volume queen, then I won’t bust your balls.

p.s I like your form, nice and tight, bar touching chest, going up smoothly in a nice vertical line. good stuff small fry :wink:

That’s a good idea… I already saw posing vids on youtube, it’s just hard for me to pose in 10 seconds (that’s when the timer on my camera takes the picture)
I feel so rushed and I can’t get in position that quickly yet.

But making vids will be a lot easier. Hmm…

Don’t sweat the small stuff. Not a big deal if your head isn’t in it every now again. You have enough discipline to get it straight. Enjoy today, tomorrow is a new day.

I deload around hormones (i.e roughly the week before my period starts) - so basically i deload about every 3 weeks. Can you imagine if boys did the same?

Anyways, for me its useless to push for maxes the few days before my period b/c its always unsatisfying weak sauce and I’m also be more prone to injury (for various reasons). In other words, sometimes its best just to listen to your body and go with the deload.
