I cannot believe those Bulg Split Squat with DBs! Damn you are strong I fucking HATE Bulgarians. My least favorite of all exercises including all single leg exercises! hate em. I have yet to do them with higher than 25’s. Also I’m constantly in danger of completely eating shit while doing them.
