NFL Workouts 'Give an Ugly Physique'

I played Rugby in college and I saw guys like he showed get their bones snapped (literly) by guys with “terrible” football physiques.

Look how disgusted these girls are by Ken Yasuda’s bodybuilder physique. Japan TV Show's with Ken Yasuda - YouTube Look at how all that unfuctional muscle affects his flexibility and speed.

why would improving neural connectivity make you slower?

He is disgusting. All males are disgusting.

He does, however, have an impressive physique.

Because fat overweight “experts” said so.

Stop questioning things and conform you silly little sheep. I mean boy.

I guess ill drop the squats and start running, get myself a pair of sexy legs and glutes…

Wait, I’ve got it. You just have to consider his perspective, where he’s starting from in all this…

He must consider women bodybuilders to be the height of femininity!

Maybe his mother competed, or he was shown a picture of a female bodybuilder at an early age and told “this is feminine.” It all makes sense now, it’s just a game of semantics - up is down, black is white, a water gun that squirts jelly and a toy train with square wheels!!

i just always hear people saying that want to keep small so they can be fast or whatever but ive just noticed that the bigger i get the faster i get. i can run faster, i can jump higher, i have faster reflexes. whatever, let them do what they want because its just less competition.

thats not semantics my good sir; thats just hogwash, hmph

im sorry i didnt even read the article before (ok, im not sorry) but i went back because i saw a lot of you citing female stuff.

after going back all i can say is, wow. i wonder what Freud would say about this guy.

cause i know the first thing i think of when i see Dexter Jackson or anyone with the name Magnusson is oh hey that guy looks like a woman.

There is definitely a point where bigger = slower, but for the average person, gaining 20 pounds of muscle on a solid hi/low split will make you so much more explosive yes.

I’ve become more flexible since I started lifting. A LOT more flexible, so I don’t really get it either. I think it’s just an excuse people use because they’re lazy.

What the hell is this… it’s totally fucking absurd.

The Greeks had this shit down ages ago. Strong, sculpted lower body with a thick torso. Shove it up your ass skinny man!

Apparently, all of those sculptures looked like women to this guy.

I guess if they keep telling themselves that women hate muscles, eventually they might believe it. I just have a hard time believing there are enough women running around to push this idea this much.

Reggie Bush = female

Got it.

Michael Strahan = Uber girl.

True. Look at those horrific arms. No girl is gonna want that.
No exageration after the super bowl, I had to go around smacking women that used to like me because all they could talk about was Strahan’s arms. Fuck Strahan.
Airtruth wrote:

I think that was the intention of all the women.

whew good thing I read that before I decided to keep deadlifting, squatting and benching. The results could have been devastating.

Having bigger quads helps with sprinting faster. That’s why if you check out sprinter’s quads they are huge. I noticed my sprinting speed increased greatly when I started doing more squats, deadlifts, and bulgarian split squats. When I was on the track team my friend who was won states routines was based off those excercises in the offseason.

Its more about your hamstrings and your glutes…

I thought hamstrings and glutes help with the acceleration and quads helped with maintaining the speed.

you got that backwards ukranian, quads will help more with the innitial start and acceleration but hams have more play topspeed, glutes are good for everything, all the time haha

Alright. Either way, my legs get tired after I sprint.
