Next Program?

Hi,
I am 23, and I have been training for ~3 years. For last half year, strength has been my main goal and it still is. I did 2 x Candito 6 week Program and one of CT’s 11 week program. After that half year my maxes are:
Squat 140->165 kg
Bench 110->132,5 kg
Deadlift 160->185 kg
Push press 95->105 kg.

My long term goal is still strength, but I am really bored of doing sets up to 5 reps and I want “something diffrent” and I feel that my training motivation went down. I think about doing some program with lighter weights and higher reps range for a while, but I am not sure if it is a good idea since my long term goal is strength. I am talking about something like this:

A
Snatch (very light weight, technique work)
Squat 3x10-15
Bench 3x10-15
Chin ups 3x10-15
Seated db press 3x10-15
Farmer carries 5 sets

B
Clean & jerk (light weight, technique work)
Deadlift 3x10-15
Millitairy press 3x10-15
Barbell row 3x10-15
Incline db press 3x10-15
Overhead carries 5 sets,

doing 2 days on, 1 day off, for about 6 weeks.

I would like best to take a break from main lifts (deadlift, squat, bench, push press) and do some variations, but I am not sure if it is a good idea. If you have a while I would be very thankful for help.

I’m not someone who like to use high reps, especially not on the big lifts. The schedule you gave has nothing in common with what I personally believe in and would never give such a routine to any of my athletes/clients even if I wanted to have them take a break from heavier lifting.

Thanks for fast response. I understand what you mean. What would you recommend for break from heavier lifting? Thanks in advance.
