I would appreciate your opinions on the dosing scheme.
I was trying to keep it at just around a gram a week. I can certainly go over a tad but that would be it.
First thought;
Te-500mg/wk
Me-300mg/wk
Nd-300mg/wk
Thoughts and/or opinions?
Edit:
5’10"
210 lbs.
Dieting down to 190 lbs., trying to add/keep muscle after a 2 mo. layoff of training and supps.
Didn’t necessarily blubber up during off period of training, but did as expected lose significant amount of muscle strength mostly. Appearance is less muscular but not too bad really considering.
Length of cycle-8-10 weeks.
Realize most would use something slightly difft, myself included, but this is what’s currently available to use. Figure diet is main component of strategy at this point too anyway.
I like it. Moderate dose of test, with ME to help offset the sides of test we all dislike. ND to keep you lubed up, so to speak…I’d think that would be rather synergistic.
you might want to have some caber on hand if you have it available.
Yeah, got some, though a bit short on length I think…let’s see here…
Well I’ve got 8 tabs, though I have to admit, I can’t remember what strength they are? Lol.
Standard issue from the same place most of us use…maybe someone may recall.
Think it was one tab split per week, or 1mg each tab? Hell I can’t remember, I’ll ask someone privately.
Thanks FG, and 5.0, I do appreciate your inputs of course.

You’re right, 1mg per tab. .5mg twice a week, so you have enough for eight weeks.
Thanks big guy. Do you think I should end the deca a couple weeks prior to the test and overall end of the cycle?
If so, then you think ending the deca the same day as the caber, ie; 8th week, then running a couple more of test and mast and AI would be cool? If not, I’ll have to get some more caber, as using deca for only 6 weeks isn’t giving it much of a chance.
Well, if we piece this together logically, with ND having a long ester, maybe start the caber week two or three and end it two or three weeks after you last ND inject? I would agree with your suggestion of running the test and mast longer, maybe the same length as the caber, two or three additional weeks.
I like all 5.0’s advice to you here TB. Your caber as aforementioned is 1mg so split them and you’re set with bi-weekly doses for 8 weeks. Which is right up your alley for what you got and your quantity of caber. Everything else looks fine too me. Just watch the ole shoulder Bone, ND alone wont keep it healthy

Indeed. Will frontloading the goods play into that though as far as when to run the first caber dose? I wonder…

Right, thanks for the concern too, but Saps my dear friend…
Thought I had told you, but the shoulder/clavicle, is intact beautifully. The gap from surgery is still at 1cm as it was a year and a half ago. So the surgeon and I came to the conclusion that the pressure I was feeling in my clav/acromium area, was simply from stressing/straining what remains of the ligament between the two bones there. They had to slice through the lower half of said ligament to buzz the clav, and so it may be easier than the other shoulder for a strain to happen there. Toss in those heavy deep dips, and there I go…
Anyway, thanks, and I am currently incorporating many cuff exercises to help stabilize that joint, and keep the rear delt strong as the front etc.
I should say yes. If you front load, then maybe week two would be the target. Then run the caber and test/mast two weeks after. That makes sense to me.
I’ve frontloaded Deca and started caber 4 weeks later. Prolactin sides were already apparent at that point, but not bad. I tapered off of it 1 week after the last shot of deca. I used the same dose also.

Hey thanks for that BONEZ. Good to know, and I think in light of that info, I’ll def start the caber at the 2 week mark right on the button which should have me in the clear of sides, even slight ones.
Question; How long did the sides you mention continue once you began your caber addition?

That was my point TB, I know you told me it was intact; just go easy on the deep paused at the bottom dips

Roger that, I got ya now. Yep I love dips to death, but at the least I am not going to use heavy weight again, that ligament seemed to really take it in the rear during the exercise and then especially at the top after hangin on the bottom for 2 secs like that.
I’ll def go back to them but likely leave it to body weight or maybe just to a quarter added on the belt at most I suppose.

Thank you for posting that info.

Maybe a week or two. I don’t remember exactly.
