Newbee and Ghrp-6

STARTING GHRP 2

I lifted hard at Noon, and have every day this week either in morning or at lunch. But lifted hard at Noon, did post shake, etc. Got home after lift at 1:30 PM. I will be home at 4:45 or so PM, and will do my FIRST GHRP 2 dose of 100 mcg into the belly Sub Q.

Talked to my guy from PP, and he said that the idea we have somewhat perfected together is that the Carbs post workout are spiking my Insulin. Then, that drops off after a couple hours. I am then trying to get in my GHRP 2 dose.

Only doing one dose today. Then I will do a mid morning dose tomorrow, and prob a mid afternoon one too.

(Was hopin maybe one if these peptides would make me instantly more handsome…down to my last hope with the G 2 !!!)

are you using mod grf too? if not, why?

Nope. Just G 2 by itself. Just for a little growth, and also def. for any help I can get with
soft tissue…like the tendonitis.

adding mod grf would help with both

I think I got a questionable batch of not so sharp 29’s. They come in bags of ten, total box of 100.
So the first one was normal. The second one hurt like bitch until I spun it and it went thru the skin.

Funny thing, I load it with the 5 clicks of GHRP2, and I don’t find out the needle isn’t sharp enough
until I poke myself ! Oh well, won’t kill me. Just like to whine about it. So far in this bag, one good one, two not so sharp ones. Amazing how much something the size of a pin can sting if not sharp.

I well know that 6 gives you appetite, and 2 is not supposed to.

BUT I have been eating like a pig since yesterday afternoon. Def. no strong appetite 20 min

after G 2 dose, but it definitely has not slowed down my appetite overall, that’s for sure.

(AGAIN, you don’t have to post on here, "you dork, don’t you know that Ghrp2 does not increase your appetite. I already know that. :slight_smile:

load the syringe full of G2. then every time you want to pin you dont have to pierce the rubber, making it less dull

The thought goes through your head when you get a vial of ghrp 2, is this vial old, or will it work?

I noticed esp last night, falling asleep…one minute you are plenty awake, you put on a recording of last week’s OCC Senior vs Junior, and BAAAAAMMMM. Without warning, 3 minutes later, I am dead asleep. That never ever happened until I did G 6. So I know the G 2 is working. Had plenty of vivid dreams last night too.

When I woke up, my eyes were very dry and felt like cement too. Same as G 6, and probably due to them going back and forth a thousand times during the REM sleep. Once I got a little tear action in them, eyes were wide open, and I was quickly fully awake.

Dosing 100 twice a day. First at waking, followed of course by COFFEE!!! Then mid afternoon or early evening…keeping both dose times away from Carbs and Fat for sure.

Only 48 hours in, but I am certain the vial is good, and it is working. At this point, I wonder if this will be work very “silently” if you will. Most of that is due to setting up a schedule from the learning curve with the G 6. But I can imagine that the G 2 will be very “user friendly.”

I have noticed one thing. I know, so don’t immediately post this, I already know…that the Ghrp 2 does not cause the appetite to surge. HOWEVER…since I started 48 hours ago, I am slightly hungry all the time. Could be from the growth pulse, and maybe my body just needs more for energy. But if this is true long term, it will really help me in my goal to eat more too.

I ordered one Sunday, and paid for express shipping, and it got there

two days later. The other time, I ordered on a Friday, and it was

there within a week.

It’s tough, cause they rely on the postal service. Also tough on us,

cause we have to plan ahead when we are about to run out. If I stick

with Ghrp2, I plan on ordering them two at a time, and putting the extra

in the freezer. If it gets out of hand, get me the order number and

Hey Lurx, I just put in an order, and got an email confirmation in about 10 seconds. I think they send another email when it ships too…

but just making sure, did you get the initial email confirm from the order?

yup, i got the confirmation a couple seconds later as well.

ordered on saturday but it has been 4 days (3 business days though) and when i check my order on my account they havent provided a tracking number in the box… nor have i got a shipping email so i guess they havent sent yet.

A couple times they have never sent the email that says it is on its way. It just showed up.

They have a panel of Phyisicians on the Board for the company now…and they have placed some things at Mayo in Rochester, MN for experimental use. I do know the owner has something very serious… like
Cerebral Palsy or something (not necessarily that, just a big word I can’t remember) and that got pretty bad just recently. No excuses, just sayin…

Lucid/Vivid DREAMS

Got this with GHRP 6, same with GHRP 2. When I fall asleep, I tend to fall into REM state a lot in one night. Maybe 4-5 times a night. I wake up, eye sockets feel like sand from eyes batting back and forth…etc. The dreams themselves last what I figure to be 20 minutes or so…thinking back through them. Normally, I get a 2-3 minute dream, or maybe 2 if I am lucky, once or twice a week.

Last night for example, I had 4 dreams. Very vivid, and plenty long. Had one about bears coming into a cabin I was in, and the dream went from one bear, to another, to outside, kept going, going…etc. Last night, and don’t get me wrong, they are not nightmares…the bear one was not scary to me…but last night I had one about snakes. I HATE snakes too. But they were all like 2" round snakes, all about 2 feet long. They got in the house, and we were getting rid of them. We were smacking them with heavy objects, like big shoes…which is a replay of something that actually happened three weeks ago…we had a mouse, and I smacked him with a shoe and stunned him…then a shovel.

We(don’t remember) must have killed about 5-6 of them. Then the last one actually struck me and bit me in the finger. Then his fangs got stuck in my hand, and someone smashed his head while he was stuck. I know, strange.

Looking in the mirror, the GHRP 2 is working pretty well with a combination of everything else I am doing. Eating a great pre workout shake, a great post shake, eating lotsa solid food, and lifting very heavy (for me.) I am gaining about 2 pounds a week, sometimes just one…but gaining and making progress.

A friend trained me last month, and showed me how I was cheating myself and sabotaging myself. Recall, I used to weight 160’s at 6’1". I see a 47 year old skinny kid in the mirror…and was lifting like one too. He made me quit messing with anything less than a 45 plate. On Hammer St stuff, for ex, he put me through some lifts where I had 3 - 45’s on a side. That was startling…I had never stopped to realize I had gotten stronger, strong enough to move that weight. Yesterday for ex, I did 4 sets of Flat Dumbells…and the last two were holding the 100’s…8 reps both sets. Not saying that is a lot of weight at all… No. Just saying that is a LOT of freakin weight for ME.

(For the guy who is ready to type a reply immediately that says "didn’t happen without pictures, go screw yourself. I don’t care that much, and I’m not trying to do this to impress other people. Go back to your 28 year old friends who stand around and talk in the gym all night.)

Workouts at off dorianyates website… H I T. (to same guy as above, not H I I T idiot. ) :slight_smile: They are heavy, and last about 45 minutes. Protein…seems like I only use Powder Protein in pre and post shakes now…the rest is all solid food. And no protein right before bed, I have just forgotten lately a lot.
I know, it is important. My point, doing this well with mostly solid food is cool for me.

I notice that when I am using GHRP that my hands look just a tiny bit puffy. That, the dreams, and what I see in the mirror tell me GHRP 2 is worth the 8 bucks a 5 mg vial. Working very slowly, and it doesn’t affect the rest of my life/family at all. Some days it makes my elbow feel pretty good too. But I am also back on Mobic daily too…the combo of the two seem to help. That is, until I do another Bicep workout…then it hurts for a couple days after that. Just not willing to stop bicep workouts ! :slight_smile:

CHOC bars Pre workout.

I learned something from BBB about the choc bars pre workout. I went through several bags of Hershey snack size bars, and started to notice exactly what I was getting into my system with those bars.

I decided to change, and replace them with something that had some similar ratios…sugar, carbs, etc. Noticed a guy’s recipe for Pumpkin protein bars. Went to store, looking for pumpkin pie filling. First thing I picked up was SWEET POTATOE PIE Filling. Took it to Hershey aisle to compare the nutritional data.

I remembered sweet potatoes are supposed to be a great carb supply for me, and I also read that there was a ton of carbs in that filling, and about the same sugar as the choc bars. (I know, this is not perfect, not asking for opinions really.) Bought some sw pot pie filling, and now use 3 tablespoons in my pre workout with milk (which is raw milk from local guy) 2 scoops protein, etc.

And to the chocolate part. Do I notice a difference. Well no. Why? Cause I always put 2 piled up tablespoons of Baking Cocao in my pre shake too. So I get the theobromine, etc, from the Cocao…hence I don’t miss the chocolate from the bars.

For arms, the cocao … along with Kre Alkylin Creatine purple pills (1) both pre workout…give me
INCREDIBLE PUMPS in the Bi and Tri’s. You might try it.

if you like the chocolate bars, by all means have them

chocolate bars arent bad for a guy who is about to go bust his ass in the gym and USE all those “bad calories” during physical exertion

you eating a choc bar pre work out is MUCH different than the random person eating it for the sake of taste.

besides, canned SPP filling is probably just as bad as chocolate itself…
