Newbee and Ghrp-6

Wasn’t 2112 a RUSH Album from 30 years ago?

CHCOCr worked again.

Today I did legs. Still trying to find someone who absolutely LOVEs doing legs/squats, still lookin.
I had never done a REAL hard Squat workout, so today I got to bidness. AND, I have never done the CHocolate Bars, Cocoa, and Creatine pre workout with Legs…thought for sure my Quad Muskle was too big to get it to pump like my arms.

But to my PLEASANT suprise. BAAAAMMMM Emeril, take that. My Quads are throbbing right now. 10 sets, 3 smith squat, 3 Hack, 3 Leg Press, and one more Hack for 35 reps. They are not that big, but they have a great pump in em !!!

You’ve found him. I LOVE squatting. It’s really my main leg movement I do. I do variations though in each workout. For example I did one legged squats to warm up ,the deep and heavy trap bar deads using all legs then I will do wide stance back squats. Not big on leg press, it gives me to much knee pain.

Some days I’ll throw in heavy box squats as well. Finish it up with some nice and heavy good mornings a few sets of leg extensions and believe it or not I’ll hop on the but blaster and use the whole stack for a few sets of 6-8 reps. Trust me , it’s not a “chick machine” that machine will polish off you glutes, hams and quads like nothing else.

leg curl machine?

Nope. THis bad boy. Usually only see the ladies using it, but if you load it up properly, push explosively through the heel it will definitely finish off a good leg session.

Wow thanks Ink !!! How ironic…I use that deal with female clients I train. But I didn’t think it was for totally MACHO guys like myself. LOL Never thought about it, load it full of weight. Thanks for the tip.

 NOW I can say I know a guy who loves working legs !!!

Yep, I discovered it by accident. Rehabbing a knee injury and being unable to squat for a while I tried everything i could that didn’t bothered the knee. Now I use it every leg day.

I saw a video of Kai Greene using the butt blaster, and if I remember correctly ‘Sick abs’ said he used it, to. I may give it a go next time I use my commercial gym.

That’s ironic Ink, my right knee has a slight tendonitis that flares up when I do Squats. I expect it, and live with it. But to avoid that would be cool. I’m all over it.

Cow’s (Raw) Milk and Colostrum

I made a connection after reading a lot about it, and found a guy who sells cows milk retail about 15 miles away. Got some last week, for the family, we each drink 5-6 ounces a day just for the good stuff and probiotics.

So I go up there today to get a couple more gallons…and he asks me if I wanna get some Colostrum on Sunday. He will have some when he comes to town. It is the first milk from the cow, right after give birth. Why? It is full of really good stuff for baby cows, helps get em on their feet, and give em some good energy.

So I am gonna buy some Sunday and try it next week. And I am going to use it pre workout, like 6 ounces, followed by the reg cows milk in my post. The Colostrum is supposed to give me energy, ala pre workout. Told me his wife had 4 ounces one night at 8 PM, and was still up doing stuff around the house at 1:00.
Then he explained it is to give calves energy, so they can stand up and walk and keep up with a moving herd. Plus the growth hormones and stuff in it !!! I’m amped to try it.

How does cows milk taste, almost identical to Whole or Vit D milk…plenty rich. Lotsa good fat in it.
Which I burn fast. How does the Colostrum taste? It is supposed to be like that, but a little bit of a nutty taste.

We will see. Sounds like fun.

just took a 400 mcg dose 20 mins ago… no hunger. maybe i should chuck the stuff

Must be no bueno. Unless you ate a bunch a half hour before, or a half hour after, esp. a bunch of carbs or fat, you should feel it.

nope empty stomach. gonna try 500 mcg and see what happens… if anything

Damn Lurx, must be old and no good. I have read on other threads that even in the fridge, G 6 only lasts about a month.

Which worries me a little, I have Ghrp 2 reconstituted and in the fridge as of last Friday. Taking the week away from it, for a blood visit at Doc, then starting Friday on it. It will already be a week old, and I may not go through it before it conks out.

If not refridgerated, I think it fades pretty fast.

GHRP 6 and tendonitis

I can honestly say, that after being off it for about 5-6 days now, my elbow is killing me. To the point I went back and got another refill of Mobic.

It was only slightly tender while I was on G 6, now off of it, I miss it. It did not fix it, but it made it tolerable. I am probably not going to do Biceps this week at all it hurts so bad. That, and even with the Mobic, I am wearing a very tight sleeve on elbow, and also have a band tightened very tight on the forearm.

I think with the GH, I might be able to make it go away one day. And on the GH, I never used Mobic. I will probably use the Mobic with it this time…should work well.

Starting mid day Friday on Ghrp 2.

i think it only lasts a month or so AFTER it is reconstituted. refrigerating the cakes should make them last a while i believe.

the thing is, it’s not like when they sent me the vials initially that they were sent in cold-packs or anything like that so they must be able to survive at room temp for a good amount of time.

What do you guys think about GHRP 6 IM instead of subq?? I’m getting tired of all of these little red sore spots on my stomach, that don’t seem to be going away like they used to.

never mind i forgot… had some eggs and sausage 2-3 o\hours before my 400 mcg dose but still i thought food only messed with the GH pulse not the hunger

i dont think there is anything wrong with IM… Sub-q, IM and IV all work equally i believe

Hey Ink, I got the red spots early on, and they stopped. BUT, I can also say that when I got the red spots, I was dosing 400 mcg, and a week later I pulled back to 100 mcg. Can’t say, but wonder if the red spots go with a higher dose? I don’t get em at all with the 100 dose.

Lurx, I did it Sub Q in the elbow area,…pulled some skin out, and put a clothespin on it to hold it, then shot it into the skin. I can tell you it was not as completely absorbed as down in the belly. There are more receptors and blood vessels down in the belly.

Here’s what I think, and you can take it or leave it…I’m not that smart !!! BUT, if you got a new vial of fresh, and then did smaller doses…I think the red spots would go away, and I also think you would get the full effect of the product as well.
