He’s starting to dial it in, after looking behind in recent weeks. Kudos to him and JM. That being said, don’t believe for one second that he’s going to stay relevant, or at least excel in this sport if he doesn’t continue to add quality mass. Aesthetics have become more important in recent years, but at the end of the day people still want to see the leanest AND biggest person possible.
On a slightly different note - Yolo, I hadn’t seen your question. I think Aaron has as good of a shot as anyone to win right now. He is far ahead of schedule and has very few weaknesses. I know Ced is now doing the NY Pro… if he comes dialed in I still think he can be a force to be reckoned with.
Ultimately it’s anyones’ guess right now. There is so much talent at this show - pictures 4-5-6 weeks out mean nothing when at the end of the day it’s how you look contest day that matters. But, yeah, I am going to be expecting big things from Aaron.

Im aware that Antoine will need to add significantly more mass to really go far in the sport, i just hope it doesnt affect his aesthetics, cause he looks freaking awesome.
He’s only 25, he has plenty of time to build the kind of mass that we see in top 6 Olympia competitors.
His shoulders make his chest look tiny in this pic but god fucking dam does it look awesome to have delts like that.

Though many of the guys i can think of that JM has trained (including AV) had good delt genetics and development prior.
