I really like Antoine but I didnt think a single one of the pics he posted as been impressive… ![]()
He’s now also doing the TO[/quote]
indeed, luckily he’s fucking hilarious and has a decent-sized following.
if bodybuilding doesn’t end up working out…at least he’ll get shawn ray’s job haha

I tend to agree. He’s outclassed by some of the guys he’ll be competing against, but overall his physique is nearly ideal for me, and he’s a great personality in the sport so he’ll find success one way or another.

Maybe… although I’ve found the French-Canadian accent has never necessarily been lauded for its accessibility and simplicity. You don’t find many high-level BB’ing radio shows/podcasts/whatever that don’t have Northern/Midland American accents.
Maybe you were just joking. I don’t know.
i just want to see him do some back flips at this size, haha.

I really like the guy - great personality and attitude - but he’s just not a top level (read: winning) bodybuilder, strictly in the competition sense. I know the guy loves the sport of bodybuilding and he looks awesome but he’s more of the guy on the street who’s physique you envy than the guy you think is going to dominate a bodybuilding competition (because the latter requires you to think about his competitors).
Just my opinion.

IFBB is a size and conditioning game first and foremost, and his size is definitely not Olympia stage size, and his conditioning doesn’t appear like it’s on track to be what other guys will be bringing.
Dude looks AMAZING as far as say, magazine covers, endorsements, and all that other stuff goes though.

Thinking about it… though it would be a sin to spend a nice May day in NYC inside…

Ive noticed in his 3 weeks out pics that he’s not looking as shredded as i wouldve expected. His back/legs still have a ton of definition that needs to be brought out.

Just get a fake tan like the competitors and no one will know you missed out on the sun.

Yeah, he definitely looks small in comparison of independently taken pics. I’d be interested to see what he looks like standing next to the other guys in this thread.

He makes Superman look like a bitch. I hope to look like that one day.
Also, wtf is with his hair?

This.
And yeah, that picture is incredible.
We should just make an AV thread dedicated to his awesomeness.
He’s not gonna make any waves at the NYP in a few weaks but he has one of the absolute best physiques in bodybuilding right now as far as just looking awesome and managing to steer clear of “freak” status.
Find me an olympia competitor that can still do a vacuum like that. Very refreshing to see in a sport dominated by GH guts.

Agree. I think a combination of working with JM as well as being only twenty-effing-five is going to do wonders for the dude. I can’t wait to see what his future holds, especially so young. (The other youngster, of course, being Aaron.)
That fools nipples are sooooo pointy, god dam diamond cutters.
Ordered my tix yesterday.
Can’t wait!
Anyone gonna be there (I know I asked before but I don’t think anyone saw)?

Yeah, most of these O competitors are over 30 anyway. This guy has 5+ years to add mass before he’s getting close to his prime. If he can maintain his aesthetics and add that much mass in the next half-decade, he will look mind-blowing.
My dad doesnt really follow bodybuilding anymore but he used to follow it and lift a lot himself back in the 80’s and 90’s. He saw a picture i liked of AV recently on facebook and his exact words were “Dude, i dont know who that guy was on your facebook, but they dont even draw super heroes with proportions like that”
I thought that was a good way to describe him.
And im with you on Aaron Clark too, love following that guy (wish he updated his FB more often) and cant wait to see the impact he has on the show.

You guys attending are lucky bastards. I havent been this pumped for a show since the 2012 olympia. If i was in the NY area i’d be all over it.
