New to TRT, Unique Case to Say the Least

India. Yes, they are real.

I’m going to use 2.5mg nightly

Should
I use more
For sex on top of that like another 5mg?

What
Do
You all do

My opinion is it’s a try and see what happens kind of thing… it’s fairly long lasting and does build up some with daily use, so I’d just try 2.5mg and give it a week or so and see if that’s enough. Some people have side effects, some people love it, it’s kind of all over the place. A lot of people take 5mg every day.

For me, Cialis gives me really bad heartburn and reduces sensitivity, so that’s why I don’t take it. I will occasionally take a little bit of Viagra, but don’t really ā€œneedā€ it in the sense that most people taking it do. It’s probably 10mg or less, literally a small piece off of a 100mg pill is all it takes for me and yeah, goooood to go.

Started 2.5mg cialis daily
No effect so far but only been two days

The first couple days I took Viagara before bed I had amazing nocturnals and they woke me up
That hasn’t happened since however…I’ve also had poor sleep due to this depression so that’s gotta play a part too I think

Hope the cialis has a better effect

Might need to bump it up then. It takes some trial and error to figure stuff like that out.

Second day I noticed an improvement

But says it can take 3-5 days to see a change

It’s amazing what some erextions do for your confidence and mental health

It will take a few days to build up. I take 5 daily and take an extra 5 on Fridays.

At the beginning beginning I got some back pain and heart burn. But that lasted a few days only as I got used to it. been taking it for over a year.

So sometimes
You take a bit
More
Excellent

How old are you if you don’t mind my askin
And how
Long you been using the cialis

  1. Over a year.

Started trt about 2.5 years ago.

I may not need Cialis but I don’t like to worry about erections and now I don’t.

Plus it is studied for anti aging and other benefits. I intend to take for a long time.

Dr even says i can take 10 mg a day.
People who take for pulmonary hypertension take 40 mg a day or so.

Awesome
I’ve had ED so I’m
Looking to take it daily

Thanks

Finally had sex

It was a bit of a struggle
erectiin issues
Only been on cialis 2.5mg two days tho

Does anyone ever take a little extra on top when needed

Ideally I’d like to find a dosage that works daily and I don’t have to think about it unnecessarily

Meeting e doc this week
Been almost four weeks

Can’t say I see a difference or feel a Difference Yet
After six week or eight weeks if we stopped TRT completely could
I use clomid for a duration to see if that helps symptoms?

Years ago on finasteride and even as a younger man I had galactorrhea
Had mri years ago and no tumor at the pituitary

It 98% went away but since starting TRT four weeks ago I’ve noticed increased discharge from the nipples when squeezed

My prolactin was completely normal a few months ago (eve tho I still had some discharge when really squeezed)

Any thoughts

I never feel any better until week 8 of a stable protocol, so that isn’t unexpected at all. There’s a reason everyone keeps telling you to be patient and stay with the same protocol for that long.

If you think Clomid is going to make you feel better then you need to do more research.

I do not think it will make me feel better

So I’m having some bloodwork early bc I’ve been having some nipple discharge when squeezed
Going to look at prolactin among other things

I’ll post the numbers but I understand it won’t make much difference now bc it’s only been four weeks anyways

Thanks

New labs 4 weeks in

TSH 3.3 (.3-4)
FSH <.1
LH <.1
Prolactin 11 (4-19)
PSA 1.4 (under 4)
Total T three days after 70mg injection 27 (8-28)
Estradiol 96 (under 162)
DHEAS 12.9 (under 15)
FREE T 761 (196-636) HIGH
SHBG 21.7. (10-70)

I should feel great but so far no huge changes I know it’s been four weeks

Should feel
Some improvement based on this in time? Or is it too high a dosage?

Thanks and being patient!

For the fact you were on finasteride and experienced symptoms associated with PFS, if anything it will take longer for you to feel good compared to someone not afflicted by PFS.

So stick with it even longer? Than 6-8 weeks

My LH and FSH are essentially zero

At this point they may never come back I assume? So it’s TRT for life?

Okay, if you are taking exogynous T, these will be almost zero or zero. They should be. That’s how it works. You’re in for a lot of pain if you’re looking for these to be anything else on TRT. There isn’t any point in even measuring them.
