There’s quite a few less-than-intelligent folks on this forum without PFS that do stupid protocols, never feel good and claim “TRT doesn’t work”. I don’t believe that PFS can’t be reversed or at least greatly improved. It took me a year before I felt what I would call “okay” on TRT. It took lots of trial and error but more importantly patience, dedication and a mindset of “failure is NOT an option”. You’ll get there one day my man. Be careful with believing it will never work.

Until you’ve been on a stable dose for 6-8 weeks, yes, stuff like that happens along the way. I dealt with similar. It got better with time.

My urologist dr Irwin Goldstein recommended clomid in addition to TRT to preserve my testicle size
Is this a good idea or should it be hcg
Also recommended 25mg viagra per night to keep erections for penile health and more for sexual activity if needed

I’m honestly at the point of almost just ignoring your questions. Quit changing shit. Just stop.
Don’t take Clomid. Don’t take HCG.
Some take a low dose of cialis if you want or need it, but for me it makes sensitivity worse.
T only. 6-8 weeks. That’s it.

I’ve been on T for 8 months now roughly and I’ve lost maybe 10%? Not much.
Try HCG later. For now just stay steady on T long enough to get past the initial 6-8 weeks of not feeling better yet.
Most people use Cialis instead of viagra for that but I guess either way works?
Clomid is a shit drug, half the pill is synthetic estrogen. HCG will increase estrogen, but if you run into ejeculation issues, HCG can fix it. A lot of men feel like shit on HCG, few absolutely need it to make TRT work.
Cialis is king.

Cialis is much longer lasting but not as “intense” all at once. And it has some cardiovascular benefits that I don’t believe Viagra has
Regardless… I think either of them are OK to take, most people here seem to go towards a low dose (something like 5mg/day) of Cialis instead of Viagra.
I actually prefer Viagra and sometimes take a crumb of it or something when I want a little extra 
How concerned are you guys about permanent testicular atrophy looking like raisins? Is this something everyone is ok with as our LH and FSH become zero essentially
That’s something folks care about at first, because they are picturing the size of actual raisins. Mine have shrunk a bit, but I’d say only 20% or so. Still much larger than raisins 
It’s not a big deal.
What is a big deal is getting in your head too much. TRT will definitely fix the libido and help with ED, but relaxing and not worrying will be the key to getting rid of the ED all the way.

As @ncsugrad2002 said Cialis has more health benefits.
You can dose it ED or EOD.
I was just speaking in general, it will be different for everyone.
