Take a breather for a month. You’re going to be ok. Ncsu and I have high shbg so we’re basically running low cycles with our dosages. I still think 120 on the low end but you’re not likely to get it right first time anyways.
You’ll be ok, dont expect an overnight miracle, consider getting on 10mg Lexapro and moving on with your life.

I have a prescription for Trentillex (anti depressant) but haven’t taken it yet

And horrible depression-life threatening in 2011 and again now

is it possible you didn’t have PFS
In think most people that think they don’t do well on trt, never actually did it right and also had mental health issues prior to PFS.
I had libido issues, muscle wasting, basically all low t symptoms. You can check my threads to learn more about my story.
I have not seen a PFS person on tnation boards not recover with a dedicated injection based trt protocol. Not saying it can’t happen, just haven’t seen it.

If you’re switching to 60 twice a week and this is shot day, do 60. Now or Thursday, same difference, just delayed a few days.
Technically shot day would be Thursday April 2 for another 120 mg
I did my first 120 mg at 12pm Thursday March 26
Personally, I would go today and consider it a small boost to transition, but your call.

Yes it did. Dropped to sub 300 on finasteride. Went back up after but still low.
They were the typical low t sides. See past posting history.
