Well yeah if I have to get an implant down the road I guess thatās the hand Iāve been dealt. They have come a long way with them. The problem is if I had to get an implant and my sensitivity doesnt return some itās going to be hard to have any desire for sex. Most people that get them atleast have full feeling which I donāt from pssd currently. My hope is that my hormones level out and everything starts to return with time. I also keep telling myself that there have been several studies that show tolerance build up with viagra and cialis are low, and by then there will be new ones out that are improved that can be used.

Cialis is not suppose to lose efficacy.
Iāve been taking for 2 years now. I donāt care if I donāt need it anymore. I plan on taking it for life. It has other benefits. It basically works by making your vessels relax. Makes sense it can work long term.
Basically when an rock hard you can tell your hormones are in check cause the Cialis is working a little too well.
Do you know how many men in their 40s have Ed and do nothing about it thinking itās normal. Fuck that shit. I have passed the psychological thing about thinking that I need Cialis for erections. I mean we already need testosterone. So who cares we need Cialis. I actually think I donāt really need it after almost 3 years on trt. But fuck it I got on demand erections and can pound my wife 2 x a day and still jerk off in the same day.

It shouldnāt make a difference. Iāve taken early afternoon. Now I take like an hour after dinner. I think it works better on empty stomach.
Now that I take in the evening I seem to be harder during the night.
I also take an extra 5 on Friday and Sunday.
Have you noticed any tolerance at all? Have you had to increase dose at all? I just worry more about tolerance with timeā¦ I have used it on demand for a year but if I want to take daily or more frequently I want to know I can take it 10-20 years no problem and function ok. There have been some tolerance reports with studies so was curious
