It comes from both places, you are just mostly mising the part from the balls, the actual sperm. Your prostate should be producing things normally on TRT.
Testes (3-5%), seminal vesicles (70%), the prostate (25%), and the bulbourethral glands (<1%)
Edit: the liquid from the bulbourethral glands is typically referred to as precum. The glands are pea sized and located at the base of the penis. They clean the urethra out to prep for the ejaculate.

Does TRT or HCG stimulate the bulbourethral glands by chance?
Not sure if this is weird or expected, but Iāve never had pre-cum at all in my life (at the very least it wasnāt a noticeable amount, perhaps there was a tiny amount I never noticed). Until recently. The only recent change I can think of is HCG.
Now itās like where the f is this stuff coming from, haha.
Most likely since youāre increasing your Sex Hormones. Ive seen my ejac swing by 80% so something is up down there. Its leveled off now but during wide swings in protocol it goes away.

Mine always comes back after 6 weeks or so on a protocol, especially increasing. Decreasing never seems to have an affect. Might be a water retention thing.
I def had a decrease/more watery as well at first but it went back to close to normal. Then added HCG and I think it went up a little more. Seems like it anyways.
How long you been on hcg and feel worse/better?
