New to TRT, Unique Case to Say the Least

Why did you stop taking them with your TRT?

I stopped taking to try to heal without anything that affects brain chemistry myself. I have pssd again, so, just fear of affecting seretonin and dopamine but both did bring some improvement and may consider them again in future

Your pssd is
Probably causing depression too

I’ll try it and if
It helps I’ll
Keep taking it along w the TRT

I’ve always been borderline negative and lacking happiness these last few years so maybe dopamine has been low idk?
Could be a possibility

What do you mean go back to natural levels
They were very low
Under 200

I cringe whenever I have a guy sitting across from me who is using finasteride, or one who used it previously.

@lbc2020 I hope you are getting professional help from the appropriate individual. While hormones can be part of it, you are entitled to have more than one thing wrong. While I would still help, I would insist on sending you to a psychologist or psychiatrist.

Stopped using it 9 years ago
Libido never returned
But like I said I was doing relatively ok

Just never neeeeded sex
Could
Do it though and it was relatively enjoyable

Now I feel fucked

Can Wellbutrin increase dopamine and help

I’m
So fuckin depressed right now

I know, and it is water under the bridge. Whether or not it is part of the reason, or the reason, where you are today is irrelevant.

I know, you reported suicidal thoughts. You need to see a mental health professional. Now.

I can manage to hold on longer
Start my Wellbutrin tomorrow and next TRT is Thursday

At this point my fam is probably better without a fucking depressed dad and husband but that’s why I’m trying all these different treatments
I can’t believe how hard this hit this time

I’ve told my doc about my depression and they
are aware

It will be ok

Anyone wanna explain why pde5 inhibitor worked amazing the first time
Now not so much
My t levels are optomal and free t

I don’t understand it
Depression causing tnat?

I have also read that it can take several months for TRT to improve erections and libido
Anyone have any input here? Maybe worse if you’ve been hypogonadal for years
That sounds like a long time but is good to know

We’ve been telling you that for weeks…

LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

@lbc2020 you should thank @ncsugrad2002 for being as patient with you as he’s been.

I find you to be an extremely frustrating person to lend advice to.

@lbc2020 these are 2 examples on your thread.

Have you seriously just not been listening this entire time?

Any improvement

Honestly not really
First few times I noticed viagra helped immensely
Now not so much
Daily cialis seems to not realt so much
Nocturnals are hit and miss and not strong

Seems on injection day things are worse actually

It’d been nearly 6 weeks so waiting another few weeks

Your estrogen could be high or low? Any other side effects? Just try to relax if viagra and cialis have been helping it still should. They usually don’t just quit working

My estrogen was 96 (normal is under 162)
So not sure that was it

Or could be just not enough time on the TRT medicine yet

How are you doing

While dialing in pde5 would sometimes not work for me as well . While using the pde if you get those hard rock erection it may signal your hormones were good or more balanced. Alot of variables.

Basically if you are dialed in the pde work too well. Which I enjoy!

You also may need a bit more dose of pde also.

How’s the new med working out?

Hang in there man.

I used the pde5 inhibitor first time at week two of my injections and it was amazing

Now week 5 it’s not as effective

I find viagra better than cialis but hate having to plan
It’s unnerving

I guess it’s trial and error until I’m ā€œdialed inā€?

Which means a steady state?
For my body
