Instead of 8 small meals, eat 8 big meals.

I don’t think Starting Strength can be emphasized enough. I wish I knew about it 10 years ago when I was in high school. OP, do this routine, the entire routine to the tee (yes, squatting three days a week is difficult, but man up!) and eat, eat, eat.

Sounds like you have to outpace your metabolism. I eat 6-8 numerous small meals to lose weight. Not gain weight. Eat big.

Protein and Creatine are appropriate.

Don’t use the protein to replace real food but have a scoop or 2 upon waking and before bed and after working out. Read the nutrition stickies.

You don’t need a lot of creatine, 1 tsp (5 grams) a day is loads.

That’s about all the supps you need with the possible addition of fish oil if you don’t get much fish in your diet. A multi-vitamin.
