Hey whats up T-Nation just wanted to introduce myself.
My name is Kevin Williams and I am 5 foot 7 and weigh 166 pounds.
I dont really know my muscle fat ratio but when I was 14 as a freshman
in high school I weighd 186 and had 20 percent bodyfat. Now I’m 18 and going
to FSU at 166 pounds so I believe that percentage is down.
I am definitely here to learn how I can maximize my workouts Ive just gotten back into them over summer and I try to go 6 days a week. I use a lot of HIIT cardio and I do prefer High Intensity to low intensity to get the most out of my workouts. Still cant see that pack yet but there is an outline and with help from the experts on this site I know I can get there.
hey guys, major newbie here…been on your site before but actually trying to get in shape now. Just starting to work out and have a lot of work to do, and hope the people/articles on T-Nation can help me get there!!
hello all, i’ve been lurking for a few years now and finally decided that it is time to stop lurking and officially join the T-Nation. i’m an ex-athlete who got away from training for a few years and now i’m back in the game and loving every minute of it.
i’m here because i want to see what serious trainees are doing to improve themselves and reach their goals. also, i want to be around like-minded people so i can thrive in my training and achieve my goals in strength, speed, etc. very glad to finally be here.

Just signed up after a few months of reading a ton of articles from various different trainers. WOW lot’s of information and lots of different opinions. I just jumped off the bandwagon of “functional” that really wasnt’t very functional for me. How is jumping on a Swiss ball functional? I hope to learn more about strength, Mass gains and performance here. Who’s the best at mass gain knowledge? Poliquin?
Not really new to the site or new to training, but new to posting here.
At the risk of a long winded intro, here’s my routine. I’m considering starting a log once I figure out whether or not there are enough people here who train DC to appreciate it.

I just got back into working out 3.5 weeks ago and finally got through the soreness. I can workout now and still be able to walk the next day. Anyway I’m happy I found this site. I’ve learned a wealth of info allready in just 2 days. Snacking on PB, olive oil in my shakes, and much more on training. I’m puting together my first order tonight. Some Surge, Creatine, and maybe Alpha Male. I’ve allready purchased some whey and fish oil from Costco so I’ll finish those for now.
Very nice site, alot of good reads. Free shipping as well, awesome.
Hello T-Nation. Not really a newbie to lifting, but a newbie to the boards. I have been lurking around, reading and learning for the past 2+ years and finally took the plunge to register and contribute / question / comment when applicable. I have been lifting on and off since 1998, but really training hard for the last 18 months or so.
Ht: 6’7"

I look forward to learning more from the members and article contributors.
Hi, i’m new here.
I’m here to learn more about strength and overall body conditioning, so i’m not that much into bodybuilding, but i do like making my body look good.
Been Lurking for a while on here finally decided to post up. Just moved to the Anaheim area from Vancouver Washington
Been weight training on and off since high school, but never really took it as seriously as i should. Put on about 30lbs in the past two years, and about a week ago decided to start bulking again, so eating right, lifting heavy, squats, deads etc… I’ve seriously neglected the big three in the past and am determined to hit em hard and put on some more weight over the next few months
Seems like a great place for general info on lifting and nutrition
Been reading for a while, have learned a great deal from the site.
I have always been pretty active into sports and exercising, and always stayed around 150 LBS. Started Fire Academy last year and quickly began to realize that I needed a little more weight/strength. Worked out from time to time, but then it quickly became an addiction.
Weighed in at 178 last time I checked and all of my lifts continue to grow.
Whats up T-Nation, I’ve been reading articles on this site for a few months and finally decided to make an account.
I’ve been lifting seriously for about 6 months and have changed my diet about 2 months ago.
Im 20, 5’10" and 195 lbs.
