I just bought some hot rox for the very first time and i am hella excited. This is also my first time using a thermogenic so i am not sure what to exspect, so when do i start to see some results? Also I do HIIT cardio only 2 days a week, is this enough? finally What else should I know about hot rox that isnt on the bottle?
And it’s really impossible for strangers on a forum to tell what is “enough” when it comes to cardio and training. You just have to do it and see what happens. What kind of weight training are you doing?
2X a week cardio is definitely not enough. look at all the different fat loss programs like meltodown I & II, edt fat loss, ct’s running man. they make you do cardio at least 3 times a week. also the workouts are killer so make sure you are doing a good workout. laters pk
