I’m planning on taking HOT-ROX Extreme for the first time starting next week.
I plan on taking one pill twice a day. (I’ve never used anytype of fat-burner before.)
Is it okay to do HIIT cardio on top of HOT-ROX?
I’m planning on doing the HIIT Chad Waterbury recommend during WSP.

Yes, it is fine to take HRX and do HIIT. It should improve your results.
I’m wondering though, why you would think it wouldn’t be ok.
Why wouldn’t it be? It will work with any activity increasing your calorie burning and HIT cardio is a good choice. HOT-ROX + a reduction in calories + a rise in caloric expenditure = increased fat loss.

like i said, i’m new to supplements… i know in the past some fat burners had your heart rate jacked way up and I didn’t know if this would be an issue…

Well I am using HOT-ROX for the past 4 months they have actually sped up my metabolism. I do HIIT everyday, I actually feel better during workouts because they raise my heart rate where its optimal for me. I have conditioned myself and with out them it takes me minimum of 12 - 15 minutes of rope jumping to warm up. (I use a ship moaring roap 3/4" inch as a skipping rope)
Try HIIT first before getting on HOT-ROX
I would tell you to just take the HRX and see how you feel before doing stuff like HIIT. Why?
I personally respond terribly to HOT-ROX Extreme. Max Strength HOT-ROX are fine, but HOT-ROX Extreme just don’t agree with me. Nausea, dizziness, percieved muscle weakness, rapid heart rate and insomnia. There’s no possible way I could do any sort of demanding exercise while taking them.
One pill per day will make me feel iffy. Two will make me feel ill enough to cut out all activity and stay home. I took four in a day one time, and felt like death warmed over. Felt like I had the flu.
Obviously, a lot of people take them and feel fine and get good results. Hopefully you will as well. But these are powerful little pills, and if your body just doesn’t like them, you’re just not going to be able to do much of anything.
So I would recommend you start out with one pill per day, preferably starting with a rest day. If you feel fine, go workout. Stay on one pill per day for a little while before upping to two per day or more.
Treat them with respect, because they are certainly powerful. And if your body responds poorly to them, all you’re doing is setting yourself back.
I guess I should add that the HOT-ROX Extreme DID work for me.
While I was taking them, my fat loss was a little quicker than when I didn’t take them.
But in the end, I just felt bad when I was using them, so I cut them out.

You’d probably be fine with the full dose honestly. Not at first maybe, but work up to it. Most people who use HRX use it without any issues.

I think this is actually a bad idea. You might get too ripped too fast. As one of the side effects of HIIT is the increase in EPOC. Include the HRX, and in an unstoppable lipolytic frenzy, you could enter the realm of negative bodyfat levels. BE CAREFUL.

thanks again everyone! I’m excited to see how this helps… my body is having a hard time losing the last few percentages of bodyfat that i’m trying to get rid of (and I believe my diet is in check)
hopefully this will help me reach my goal.
I took HOT-ROX extreme (was on me second day of one pill twice a day, first day went fine) and did HIIt… I was sweating a profusely and noticed my heart rate got really high before my legs gave out… so I stopped. Later that day I had heart palpitations and felt as if i had the flu… later that evening I had recovered. I’ve never taken fat burners and i took the strongest one and did HIIT on it lol… maybe that’s why.
Either way, I’m not popping HOT-ROX Extreme before circuit training or HIIT anymore as per Mod Brian’s advice… on the days I do heavy weights (take decent rest in between) and on days off i’ll take two a day.
As someone posted earlier, these things are fucking powerful… start off SLOOWWWWW. More isn’t better.
