Just to let you know, I do urinalysis dips every other day as I’m in the Med Field. I do self ultrasound exams of my prostate size and shape and of my heart kenetics and ejection fraction.
I am a Ultrasound tech with specialty in cardiac, vascular and general. I am also a repiratory therapist and have indepth education in physiologic O2, No2, Co2, Bicarp, Vo2 Physiology pathophysiology of nuerologic and cardiac fuction. I consult MD’s often about High protein diet’s. Whats said by a Urology is fluid intake is important and try an avoid high sodium as this combo will lead to kidney stones.

I’m starting Cardio today and plan to do 15 min treadmill @ 5-7mph for 15-20 daily!

People that say AAS are bad or I shouldn’t be on them make me think of the politics that dislike them. I wonder why Govenment wont go after people like Pepsi of Kripy Cream with products that are killing us more than AAS? At least those that use gear are attemting to better them self!

Listen pal these people are trying to help you. You did not learn how to train right, or eat right and you are looking for aas cover your mistakes. That is what people are trying to tell you. You don’t know how to train or eat. So steroids are a waste of time until then.

Will you get results? Yes. Will they be lasting results? Probably not. Why? Because your training is shit and so is your diet. Want to know what to do? Want a solution? Read about nutrition, read about training. Want authors? Eric Cressey, Mike Robertson, John Berardi, John Davies, Chad Waterbury, David Barr, Mel Siff. From your earlier posts though you lack drive, you state you’re unmotivated on diet. Well you can’t have great results naturally with out a good diet and good training.

Med Pro,
I would think 8cc’s of oil-based AAS in one injecton site is too much. I would break it up into 4cc’s and 4cc’s.

If not, make sure you inject slow and really massage the area after.

I was a little weaker Tuesday Sept 11th? But still pushed myself. I backed off the cardio a little thinking maybe I?m pushing a little to hard. In the army I was able to do 11:54 min 2 mile runs & now its 20min. Sux but getting better!

BP still normal 128/83. Urine gravity out of range understandably with what I?ve been taking. Otherwise everything is going well. No fatigue and my recovery has been great!

you must like pain. A 20ga sewer pipe is normally used for drawing only. The guage doesn’t affect the depth of the injection (you do know this right?) I can’t imagine 8cc in one spot that is fucking crazy. You’d be better off with bi-weekly injections to keep blood levels steady

By the way check out Biotest’s Metabolic Drive shakes if you aren’t drinking them, or Optimum Nutrition’s Gold 100% Whey. Both are really tasty, couldn’t tell but sounded like you didn’t like the ones your were drinking.

I’d definitely aim for 1.5-2g of protein per pound of bodyweight at the least on these drugs! Not sure if you’ll want more Nolva either sounds like you should have gotten alittle more. But not sure how many mg pills you got.

Also with that much tuna I’d supplement NAC in there for your liver, to rid the excess mercury filtering.

Large small-gauge needles:

Folks seem freaked out about that. Apart from the discomfort or scariness of needles that big, I think that there is a valid concern about scarring of the muscle tissue over time. So smaller is better from a tissue damage point of view.

(And just for another extreme’s perspective, one can draw and inject oil with an insulin syringe. Of course it is small doses and takes a bit of time. The IM injections are not deep, but need not be deeper for small amounts (one needs low body fat). I was doing HRT injections with #23 1.5" once a week and switched to #29 .5" ED and after feeling how that was changed to EOD. The #29 needle is only 1/2" long, so that helps with the flow.)

I’ve heard alot of cycles of Nolva being 40mg for 3 weeks starting the day off cycle and then 20mg for 1 week after the 3. But that was mostly for pro-hormone type supplements.

But I haven’t been on anything stronger than 1-AD, which I just used Formestane and Trib post cycle. So just watch it, if you are not noticing any bad sides you should be good, it sounds like you know what you are doing anyway. If you find you need more Nolva I know a guy that has it here in the states for $15 for 60 20mg pills.

DAY 17:

So far what I experience is a VERY SPEEDY recovery & NO Fatigue shortly after my workout even though I train to muscle failure.

Last week I felt a little weird, not myself, couldnt put my finger on it, just felt weird but so far Im happy with what Im doing.

Plan to have liver enzymes checked next week.

DAY 21:

All the Vitamins I take causes increased concentrated urine 2-3 hrs after taking which was not the case when I first started. Urine laboratory dips are still normal with trace protein, however in normal range.

Weight has come down to 238lbs I think from less water retention. My BP is still normal.

There is muscle increase.

Arms are now 17 1/4 for 16in
Chest is now 49 1/2 from 49in

To all those asses that were negative to my decision to start cycling, TWO DOUBLE HANDED FINGERS AT YA!!!

Is this stuff worth it and would I do it again? Yep! This stuff is the shit! I can see how people double & triple the stuff I do.
