Hi. Im 18, 179cm tall and weight about 71.5 Kg that is 157lb for my Imperial friends. Im not unfit quiet the contrary being able to do various Gymnastic Flips and the sort but now Im out to build myself the body I want I have taken some photos of what Im starting with, and now I want you to tell me how crap it all is so I get motivated to do something about it, it wont be hard. ![]()
Im planning on making 3 month installments with photos so stay tuned to see where all the crap you are giving me takes me. I will make the next one on Jan 1st then April 1st and so on. Well here we go.

haha. That was a friend of mine using my account. Hence the massive difference in weight, slight difference in height and yet again a massive difference in body fat Percentage. He wanted to see what people said without having to create his own account so yeah ignore that.

ok I will give you my entire story. Im 18yrs, 179cm, about 160lb with a very low BF%, not the guy before as I said a friend of mine using my account. I have been using T-Nation for general health tips for a while and have now desided that I am actually going to go and do some building so I can sculpt my body abit more and increase my general strength. I have been planning this for a while and have been given the traditional 5X5 articles thing and all of that. The only reason why I didnt put this in the Physique and Performance Photos section was because im so new and would feel realy lame. This is going to be the first of many as it will take a while to reach my goal of 90Kg/200lb at 4-7% BF. So yeah this is me not James (the guy b4 who is a hell of alot bigger then me). well yeah thats the short story of all this.
EDIT: Yes I do do tricking, but I have desided to put that on hold abit so bring on the fat.
