LOL. You guys are mean! If this dude doesn’t belong in the beginner forum, then who does?[/quote]
That’s true.
As for X’s motorcycle theory- I would agree but take it a step further and say that little guys can barely hold up a scooter, let alone a real man’s bike, so that may be the actual reason…

You are under 2 inches taller than me. You weigh 135lbs tops.

I have to agree. He’s less than an inch shorter than me and there is no way he even weighs 160lbs. Some people forget to take off the lead weights and their little brother before they step on the scale.
I’m feeling generous today Vatic.
You’re going to have to gain weight. You look sickly sick right now. I know you want to continue “tricking” but you have to decide what you want. If you continue to 'trick" while working out your performance shouldnt suffer. If you took months off to dedicate to lifting and didnt “trick” your performance would of course be affected.
My suggestion is lift and continue to “trick” but cut back on how much you “trick.” You have to eat thats a given. You have to not worry about your BF level right now or over the next couple of…years. You will lose definition in your abs BUT!!! you will look better over all because you’ll have have muscle! Right now you dont have ANY. Women prefer a man with muscle and some body fat to someone who’s ripped and boney with zero muscle.
Nobody is telling you to be a fat ass. Thats not what its about. You just need too realize that you will gain BF. And nothing astronomical. Being muscular at 12% BF at 180lbs is much better than being 130lbs ripped and seeing nothing but bone.
Vroom’s beginner threads is where you should start.
In the mean time do not post pictures for a very long time. Take them but keep them to yourself. Then after a year IF!!! you made progress post your transformation pictures.
I hope you do EAT!!! lift and get bigger. I dont have hig hopes for it because thats not the norm here. People get all hyped up post photos and claim how its time for them to start yet they dissapear. Are you on of them? Thats usually the case in why so few beginners get help. People just saw they were giving VERY helpful information to them and they would either completely disregard it and start a flame war, say they will follow the advice and show zero results or disappear alltogether.
Start eating…

I checked about a week before I posted this I was 71.5 Kg the conversion to lb is 2.2 correct? Equaling 157.3. So 2.7lb off of 160 I just rounded it off. In hind sight should have rounded down to 155 but anyway.
BTW, suprisingly enough I do eat, alot. I compared weekly intake with a friend of mine I had a 3% higher intake, he is 6’8 140Kg, so about 308lb and is doing his Certificate 4 in Fitness. So yeah I have a nasty metabolism. Im just going to start myself on some serious weight gain and hope.

Hair weighs more than you would know.

Thanx

The problem lies in the varying gravitatonal acceleration from the northern hemisphere to the southern hemisphere. In the U.S. g=32.2 ft/sec/sec. Apparently where Vatic lives g is closer to 35 ft/sec/sec. Thus, he really does weigh 160 lbs, athough his mass is still very small!

Couldn’t have said it any better myself.
There at least needs to be an age restriction on this website, like above 8 years of age at least.
I also don’t get how he weighs the same as me, is an inch taller, and yet I look at least 10 lbs. heavier than him. Shit is crazy!!!

The value of the Earth’s gravity is generally between about 9.78 metres per second per second (ms-2) and 9.83 ms-2 in units of gravitational acceleration. Roughly half a % difference. That does not explain this guy unless he is living in a cave. A very deep cave indeed.
Having said that, 160lbs is very very very light … could easily be 157lbs if his legs are not sticks and he weighed himself wearing clothes, shoes, and after eating.
Vatic what do you weigh naked, first thing in the morning on empty stomach/bowels? No photo required.
Vatic has very low fat and isn’t enormously tall but really, I can’t imagine him under 140lbs even with really skinny legs. But not over 160 either. My guess is 145-150 if weighed as I described.

I doubt that. At 6’ 155 I looked bigger than that. 140 tops.

Jesus Christ I’m pretty sure it was a joke. On the plus side I must weigh 300lbs (take that Prof X).
