what are you cutting?

Yeah, cutting will not be in the best of interest for you. Bulk up. That way, when you do start cutting, you would be much bigger.

I agree. You need more mass. I would imagine in clothes you appear skinny. I don’t mean to sound insulting. You just need to bulk up. I think some fat would look good on your frame.

You need to bulk up. That side shot makes you look like a skeleton. Your lack of affect doesn’t help either

Wow, if you were to bulk you’d have a really nice body. Obviously very fit now.

Geesh, tough crowd. Good quads. You won’t look very big but you do look like you are cutting.

You should add more mass; good job on your legs.

you need atleast another year of overall mass. But do whatever you’re comfortable with.

Nice body fat, you look like the type of person who is naturally lean (I could be wrong of course). I don’t think you’d have any problem maintaining decent fat levels, if you bulk the rest of the year.

Maybe not. Maybe he is in year two of his cut. Most people take a couple of years to lose the last 15-20 lbs.

OP, I actually like your gym/garage. No mirrors, minimum lighting, partially outside. I workout in a similar environment. Plain masonry block walls and the bare minimum of equipment.

I think you look great. Lean and streamlined physique which is what I prefer in my guys. Maybe a little more size in the upper body. No more cutting though OK? You’re lean enough already.

I don’t mind giving you my bodyweight but would like to hear what you think I look like based on my photos. I’m 6’1.

Current lifing stats? I’m not entirely sure. I’m doing 85kg on front squat, 130kg on deadlift and me+10kg for dips all 10x3.

All time PB’s over the last year-

Deadlift 195kg
Front squat 120kg
Back squat 150-155kg (about that, can’t remember exactly)
Clean and Power jerk 90kg

I’ve been a lazy chest trainer and prefered to concentrate on the above lifts so I can’t remember my previous best dip numbers or bench numbers. Around about 100kg on bench I’d say.

Thanks for your comments. I’m basically spending the next 3.5 weeks on a transistion phase from very low carb/cals to a normal ammount, hence why I origanally said i’m still dieting for 4 weeks as I’m not on a cut as such though I do still expect that i’ll be losing a little more fat in this process.

I think you do need more mass. But you have a good structure and I think you’ll be able to build a good physique when you fill out and add some muscle. Nice to see that your legs are on par with or more developed than your upper body. I don’t see a problem with easing into gainng and slowly upping calories and carbs. But if I were you gaining is what I’d look to do.

You have great potential! Youre tall, not carrying around excess fat, you just have to kick major ass and add mass.

Im surprised your hams are not as developed as your quads. Defenitely work on those and your shoulders.

Once again thanks for your replies. I’ll post back in the future and I will be a bit bigger. If you check my profile I think you should be able to find a link to my previous thread from september/october. I got a 4.8 rating so my body must be on the decline :wink: I will try and make up for that with some heavy weights and good eating :slight_smile:
