Greetings…I started The New New Rules
Of Lifting routines by Shuler/Cosgrove…
friggin too hard! I did the Hypertrophy 1 workout…Just could not finish it…Doing 4 sets of 10 reps for all the leg exercises is just plain impossible…
Has anyone else around here read the book and used the workouts?
Use lighter weight?
I have the book…and I think its pretty good. I was on the Hyper 1 program for a little less than 2 months, and you are right…following the program the way it’s written is pretty exhausting, I did lighten the weights some to get through the workouts.
