New routine??

I’ve been working out now for about 2 months or a little more. Gained about 6 or 7 lbs. I changed the routine i had like once or twice to suit my needs. I plan on doing it until may, but my lifts arent improving right now, they were going really good for a couple weeks, then stauled. I don’t know if that;s telling me to change my routine or change the tempo or what? Should i change the routine and do another one for 4 or 5 weeks, then move on to a new one?. I could use some help please, Thx.

You should typically change routines when you stop making progress. For most, that is about 4-5 weeks.
