A buck 80 at single digit bodyfat is probably considered a bit more impressive on this site than being a huge fat-ass who tried to light and crop the hell out of one web cam pic to give the illusion of being muscular.
Seriously, we’re the same height, but there’s a huge difference between us… I built a lot of muscle on my frame, while you constantly maintain that you are ‘large’. Well so is that guy who had to be carried out of his bed with a forklift and I won’t be taking training advice from him anytime soon.

you can’t manufacture muscle. Sure, certain lighting can make you look somewhat better, but if you don’t have muscle, theres nothing you can do to show it. I have an almost 20 inch difference between chest measurement and waist. No “fat guy” can say that.
