not people, one guy, and I am not even sure if he was serious. Don’t let that get to you. Focus on getting better and on the positive feedback you have received over the years. a lot of people have expressed that you have helped them and set them straight. that should be what take away from being back on the forums.
be well. I am not sure if you are a believing man but either way, I will remember you during my prayer time.

Professor X, with all due respect. You honestly don’t know what your talking about. I am the same BF% as in the first pic. And, i am pretty close to 300lbs myself. Id say 285-290. But, when you can’t see my body much at all. and I know i sound like a broken record, but, when your up close like that, with terrible lighting, it does make a huge difference in how you look in pic or on a cam. notices the difference in lighting between my 1st and 2nd pic. big big difference. I never said i was lean, like a contest bodybuilder. Am i fat compared to those guys, of course. but am i fat compared to an offseason bodybuilder or a guy trying to get bigger and strong, I’d say no. Plus, you are not going to find anyone, anywhere, my height, and my weight that is super lean. not a one. Aside from maybe lee priest in the offseason. lol.
[/quote]
RV, Listen to me man… no matter what your fat level is, there’s no way you can blame poor lighting on the appearance of your physique in that pic. Look at the OUTLINE of your body… your SILHOUETTE. If you had lower fat, we’d be able to see the protruding musculature. But as it is, your delts, tris, etc appear flat. It has nothing to do with “bad lighting”.

Ok, lets stop pretending this is REAL. hahahahaha. He knows all of this.
With ALL DUE RESPECT RV. If you know the pics are in bad lighting and to close why do you take the pics like that. Not a Question NO need to answer.
Who does not have control of the light in a house and has a limit to how much they can move around?
Prisoners…So When you get out of jail. Just take another pic in a dark closet and we can do this all over again.
I don’t care if you never prove any of this. Your gift to TN is this thread…So Thank you.

Shampire, there’s no doubt in my mind that you are trolling. Not long ago you said that you were too shy to post pics on request, yet you can’t go a page without craving attention and you blame “terrible lighting” when you’ve got at least one light off in your latest pic. Assuming those pics are of you and leaving out the ‘quirkier’ aspects of your posts, you are too erratic and vague to be a trustworthy source of training info.

I hear ya, I was just getting the visual of a poor guy laying in a hospital bed dictating to a nurse for the purpose of internet forum posting.
I don’t even think it is possible to be all that mean online and whats insulting is subjective.
The one good thing i got out of this thread, was the fact, that my traps have lost some size. I never really noticed till seeing both pics. The only exercise i haven’t been doing was upright rows and behind the back shrugs. I have just been doing regular shrugs to the front. Hopefully, within a month, they will be back bigger than before.

Can you see that in the 1st pic? I’m telling you, my bodyfat is the same as the 1st pic.
Can you tell if someone is ripped if hes in the dark?? of course you can’t. thought you said, that lighting doesn’t matter. I just proved, that of course lighting matters. both my arms are out to the side, one, cause i was holding up the paper with one hand, while the other was on my mouse to click to take the pic. listen, I will take another pic, i just want to work on my traps for say 3 weeks, cause im disgusted by how small they look compared to before. I need to put my focus on them.
But like i said, I’m barely 5’8 closer to 5’7 and I’m 285-290lbs, of cousre i’m not going to be ripped. But my chest to waist ratio is good compared to anyone on here. that is the true test of whether your fat or not. Thats just my opinion on that.

I was told to just take a pic holding up a paper, proving it was me, i wasn’t thinking of taking the perfect pic. my mistake. But, i will post another pic, that I promise.
On my web cam, i have to sit close enough, to use the mouse to click on where it says take pic. I don’t have anyone that will click it for me. thats why i was up close. as for the lighting, I was thinking about it, didn’t really think it mattered.

True, but, i went for the throat. I don’t do that anymore though. I know what hurts people the most. its not insulting them, its going after family members. If i knew someone had a kid, id go after them. Yes, i realize that is a crappy thing to do. I realize insulting people doesn’t hurt them, but when you go after people they love, thats a different matter. but i have learned for that and no longer do it.
