What i have the biggest problem with is sport hunting. Like some actor going to africa and killing elephants and lions, just for the hell of it. that angers me to no end. If i killed that persons family, im sure he would be pissed. But its ok to kill an animal. that animal doesn’t have a family?
As an avid hunter and person who worked my way through college at a meat rendering plant I can tell you without a doubt that meat is the tastiest thing on earth and killing it your self is satisfying on a level the scares some people.

As for sport hunting, I realize on the surface that it sounds cruel but it brings a lot of money to certain regains of Africa and by making the elephant valuable (ie. $10,000) to the government the government protects them. In some countries the only reason the government doesn’t let farmers mow down herds of water buffalo with machine guns is because rich gits from other countries will pay handsomely to have the honor of shooting just one.

In summation: hunters conserve wildlife.
This is what is called “hitting the nail on the head” It goes the same for fishing. It’s supply vs demand. If there wasn’t a demand from people that enjoy hunting and fishing the people profiting from this would not be protecting the ‘supply’ and far more animals across the world would end up with the same fate as the American Buffalo

Ok, so if people enjoy something, we have to provide for that? Pedophiles love little kids, does that mean we should serve them kids to fondle, cause they enjoy it? Of course not. I don’t give a rats ass if some people enjoy killing animals. murdering other beings is not acceptable to me and to many others and that # is growing everyday.

Domesticated cattle are the dumbest animals on the planet, their animal instincts have pretty much been breed out of existence. Except for the breeding bulls.

Also most of my family have hunted our whole lives, we do NOT sport hunt. We eat about the whole fucking deer or pig.

But to each their own.
This ^^

The problem with ol’ Rougie’s opinion is…on the hunting thread he said people that kill animals should be killed.

Care to comment on that RV?
I realize this isn’t a black and white issue. And I realize that people hunt and eat what they hunt, just as animals do. But, I just have a problem, with people hunting for the pure enjoyment of it. Killing a beautiful animal is obscene to me.

if we went out and killed a person, just for the hell of it, wed get life in prison or the death penalty. but to kill an animal isn’t nearly as bad. Luckily, laws are getting much stricter for people who murder animals. I wonder what some advanced civilization on other planets would think of us killing other beings for fun.
I don’t see anything crazy here…

Your asinine analogy would only make sense if humans and animals were on the same level.

Comparing molesting children to hunting, laughable.

Humans are animals. This actually supports hunting for food more than if you insist that humans are higher beings. It could even support hunting for pleasure. Not every kill in the animal kingdom is purely for food.

You are really going to compare state agencies creating laws that keep the supply available to hunters and fishermen, to allowing pedophiles to have access to little kids? You really are “bat shit crazy” then. What do feel about wild hog population control in the state of Texas?

Sport hunting aside, you realize shitloads of small animals (prairie dogs, field mice, etc.) are killed in the grain harvesting process right? They get shredded up in those big wheat shredders.

Insects are killed en masse with pesticides to harvest fruit, as well as “controlled hunts” when there get to be too many deer etc. in the area and threaten the farm’s viability.

You’re going to kill animals no matter what you eat.

Oh please, your pathetic. Yes, what person would want to be a 285+ monster. what person would want to military press what most dudes bench press. What dude would want a 59 inch chest, huge wide shoulders and back.

I mean, all those dudes in gyms all over the country, sure, they don’t want to get big, do they. lol. what world are you living in. I’m not saying i have the perfect body, and i can’t do with some improving, but most would eat their moms liver to have my size and power.
I would have to eat my mom’s liver because there would be nothing else left on earth if I ate enough to look like that.

Who said humans aren’t animals?
I said they are not on the same level.

ie. we make laws to protect humans from other crazy humans.
Recently we have seen a lot of laws to protect domesticated animals from human abuse. (sad but true)

What I don’t believe in is Peta and other groups using the lobbyists system in this country to impose their morals on others. I happen to think animals are food. If you don’t, that’s great, don’t eat them.

See, thats where we totally disagree. I think all living beings are on an equal level. humans are not superior to animals. we are all animals.

The thought on animals killing for pleasure is highly debatable and that is only in a very select circustances. Like a cat playing with a mouse before killing it. I think 2 things are at work there. Cats love to play, its in their nature, but they also have that instinct to kill. but its different with humans. humans take pleasure in the killing and suffering of animals. no animal things in those terms. With animals, everything is instinctual.

Now that rogue is into taking pics… I would love to see a pic from the waist up to prove how “not fat” he is.

I freely admit I was wrong about trolldom. But that pic dude… there is no separation between your arms and delts, or delts and traps… it’s all one continuous line. Strong, not-fat people have muscle bellies.

Ok mr. buck 55. lol. I laugh at guys like you. You can’t get big to save your life. so you insult me. lol. You can say “id never want to look like that” all you want. You go on youtube, with ronnie coleman or jay cutler, and in the comment sections, tons of dudes are saying “id never want to look like that” we both know they are lying sacks of shit. they can’t look like that. and you can’t look like me. most guys will never get big, whether its cause of hormones, dedication, metabolism, who knows.

PETA et al. Argue humans have choice (unlike other animals) in their food so give that.choice we should protect animals and not eat them.

If we say humans are animals, and animals eat animals, then we should eat animals. The further away we position ourselves from animals the further from the food chain and basically biology and the greater the ethical claims we can make. Take.away the distance then these ethical argumentative lose footing.

Great opinion!

Live and let live.
Each to their own.
Etc.

Your morals don’t need to conflict with mine in the sense that I care what you think.
In the land of the free we sure fuck up moral freedom a lot.

Can you see separation in the first pic? yes, you can. look how dark the 2nd pic is. i messed the pic up, i admit it. but, if and when i take another pic, i will fix the lighting issue and it will show what the first pic showed, plus more size.

Can you break down what you consider Equal? I mean you admit to eating meat so does that mean you agree with killing every now and then when you feel like it?
