People for awhile now, have been wanting me to post a recent pic. "just post a pic, holding a TNation note. then you shut everyone up, I was told.
I post a pic, and people continue to insult me. Saying I’m fatter or I get comments by people saying “god your fat.” First, they say my arms are fatter in the 2nd pic. Really? take a good look at the 1st pic, you can’t even see my arms. I have never stopped lifting, i take the same supplements, I’m a good deal stronger now. Got news for ya, My arms are no fatter now, than the first pic. You can’t even see my arms in the 1st pic.
People seem to be oblivious to the fact that the lighting and body position is totally different. 2nd pic is right up close. 1st pic, is much futher away. so the lighting is going to be different. People just say, “oh, your fatter now” that is such total bullshit. How are you so sure i’m fatter in the 2nd pic, when you can’t even see that much in the 1st pic. anyway, I’m real tired of all this bullshit, you can be the most ripped person alive, but if your in the dark or theres terrible lighting, you don’t think that will effect how you look? sometimes, people are really slow.

Not sure how it got started that im a vegan. True, I rarely if ever eat meat, but i eat alot of eggs, protein shakes of course. pasta. and on occasion, i will have a hamburger. I’m just not a huge fan of killing other beings for food. I realize people have been doing it for years.
What i have the biggest problem with is sport hunting. Like some actor going to africa and killing elephants and lions, just for the hell of it. that angers me to no end. If i killed that persons family, im sure he would be pissed. But its ok to kill an animal. that animal doesn’t have a family?

mmmmm Smell the Hypocrisy…On this note I can understand.
I can kill a steak 7 ways to sunday. Salt, pepper, grill mmmmmm mmm. Grind that sucker up and burgers till tuesday. But ask me to do the killing and process the meat and I would have issues or at least eat a lot less of it.
Hell At least you admit it. I know I’m a Hypocrite on the subject. Hunting is bad…sounds good. While it may not be fair on the hunted side its about as fair as anything else we humans do.

I enjoy the hell out of Steak, Chicken etc. Outside of me my whole family has hunted. I"m the only one born and raised in NY the rest come from the south. But that does not mean I’ve never thought of the food I eat.
I would rather my food had thoughts and feelings to be honest. It sounds fucked up but the idea that I’m eating something that has been made retarded by humans is kinda worse to me. However that does explain the way most people are these days. You are what you eat.
All I’m saying is we all in some way care its just we care about US more than THEM and that goes for everything. Some of us admit it at least others want to coat it to make it less raw.

As an avid hunter and person who worked my way through college at a meat rendering plant I can tell you without a doubt that meat is the tastiest thing on earth and killing it your self is satisfying on a level the scares some people.
As for sport hunting, I realize on the surface that it sounds cruel but it brings a lot of money to certain regains of Africa and by making the elephant valuable (ie. $10,000) to the government the government protects them. In some countries the only reason the government doesn’t let farmers mow down herds of water buffalo with machine guns is because rich gits from other countries will pay handsomely to have the honor of shooting just one.
In summation: hunters conserve wildlife.

we have to live and to me I would rather we give respect to our food. Not sport hunting, but actually one shot one kill and eat all the meat. Grass fed free ranch cattle that have a “normal” existence until they are killed for there meat humanely.
My parents have a hundred acre ranch and raise beef masters cattle. So we actually practice what I am preaching.

I realize this isn’t a black and white issue. And I realize that people hunt and eat what they hunt, just as animals do. But, I just have a problem, with people hunting for the pure enjoyment of it. Killing a beautiful animal is obscene to me.
if we went out and killed a person, just for the hell of it, wed get life in prison or the death penalty. but to kill an animal isn’t nearly as bad. Luckily, laws are getting much stricter for people who murder animals. I wonder what some advanced civilization on other planets would think of us killing other beings for fun.
