315lbs Back Squat for 19. I hate that I can’t focus on these enough to count haha I probably would have found my nuts and hot my 20. Either way 2 rep PR at 20lbs less body weight. Video in log and Facebook soon.
19… FML, and to think I was stoked to post about doing 315 for 5 today.
One day I will make 315 my bitch!
Yeah me too haha.
Apokolys just keep going man one step at a time a PR is a PR. Dont compare your number to others right now your doing this for you not for anyone else so as long as your beating yourself you can’t really ask for more.
dammit Reed you’re not a beginner anymore haha

Haha x2, but it’s definitely cool to see his progress, especially since he’s the only one who puts in the effort to upload vids. Gives the rest of us a target to aim for.
Facepalm: I know haha atleast that’s what I keep hearing. I just have been posting here for almost a full year and fill weird not updating it in this thread.
Apoklyps- Yeah I figured just wanted to make sure. You would be surprised how many people honestly get upset or how many of my friends I have had just quit after a week because they cant just walk in off the street and match me or my training partners.
I’ve been away for a week and a half or so. Girlfriend was moving, so spending time with her kinda took priority. I probably set a few PRs there too, lol.
Standing Behind-the-neck Press
100: 3 x 12.
Will probably have a squat PR later. I only had so much time over lunch.
320X1 medium stance squat
275X8 ultra wide sumo deadlift
The squat is a 25 pound personal best with that stance. I’ll have some videos up later. I was planning on hitting some wide stance squats, but my hips weren’t going to take it today so I decided to just take my stance in some, and work up to a heavy single.
Go check my log tomorrow/late tonight for the video.
The video is up in my log if anyone wants to check it out. For the 320X1 set I recommend turning down your speakers/headphones. I have the habit of either yelling, or groaning very loud during maximal work.
Just hit 315x1 on the back squat with great form. I did 2 but the first one I was afraid to go down all the way just went to a little above parallel but the 2nd one I nailed it.
I pulled 375 on deads. I then tried 395, but I couldn’t lock it out because I was already fatigued and my grip failed when the bar ripped straight through my calluses. I’m pretty confident that I can hit 405 on a fresh day with some chalk.
Chins: finally managed to get all the reps for the 5x10 work in 5/3/1 BBB.
Conventional deads: 181kg (=399lbs) x 7, last 2 with straps → I can see the 405x10 deadlift challenge getting a little closer…
