Yesterday I squated 455 raw, parallel, with slightly broken form pretty easy. I wanted to try for 500, but I didnt have a belt available. I plan on attepmting to clean 315 raw this week also. So wish me luck.
Im not much of a powerlifter but I try to max often and love to lift heavy, as I used to in H.S. My split and diet is definately geared to BBing and has been for years, but i figured i would post here. My stats are as is:
