New Program Time SHEIKO/SMOLOV/?

hey guys I just finished 12 weeks to ridiculous wheels with pretty decent gains (havent yet tested my max, I will in a week, but I started at 315-1rm and hit 300x5 last week)

while I liked the program I want something different (more serious) still geared towards strength gains, with a little assistance for aesthetics and balance. Despite pouring over the internet for hours I cannot decide on a program, don’t really want to do 5/3/1, sheiko and smolov are attractive but I cant lift on Saturdays

TL:DR

what I want:
-strength focus
-minor aesthetics/balance
-I love to squat
-I love OHP
-deadlift gains would be nice but id be happy with maintenance
-I dont give a shit about bench

my stats:
-6’2
-193-195 in the morning 199ish at night

Bench:285-295 estimate
squat:340 estimate (yes I go ATG)
deadlift:465 raw
ohp:170 strict (recent recovery from labrum injury so numbers are shooting back up)

what is yall’s experience with sheiko/smolov or a hatch squat program.

what programming could I do to hammer squat strength while making OHP gains and maintaining bench/dead

You could easily run Smolov while having 2 Upper Body (maintenance) days. They could consist of OH Pressing and Back work, possibly in a ME / DE fashion.

There was a guy here who did smolov with 3 workouts/week and spilling the fourth one over into the next week. That might be something to consider.

Simple. Smolov base cycle for squat and OHP concurrently. Deadlift/hamstring work whenever possible. Re-assess after the 3 week base cycle.
