New Program, Recommendations?

So basicly I’ve had enough of being six foot nothing and 150. I’m started Waterbury’s total body training for hypertrophy. Any suggestions for diet/supplementation would be appreciated

My question is what are you doing now. How would we know if you’re eating/not eating enough?

High Protein, high cal, high carb, clean foods.

Eat at regular intervals, Lift heavy and get plenty of rest.
