I’ve been very happy for several years with Dr. Whitaker’s Forward formula. Life Extension’s product looks like it might be even better, but Forward looks comparable to me, at a much lower price.

those pill things seem to be just one more way to flush hard earned money down the toilet imop.
I use a liquid multi from Costco called Glacial Milk. It has good amounts of vitamins and minerals and gives me a noticeable boost of energy. Don’t know of its true effectiveness, but it can’t hurt.
I hope with these last two contests that Biotest is planning on putting out a creatine product and a multi. I am still anxiously awaiting the EFA supp.

I tried Centrum and some others from GNC and I was getting colds and flus all the time.
Now I take the Animal Pak from Universal.
Say what you want about having to take 11 pills each day but I haven’t been sick once this fall or winter.
I work in an office environment,with folks that don’t know when to stay home with their nasty colds, etc., I’ve had pneumonia 3 times in 5 years, and I have an 18 month old coming home from day care each day.
But not one cold or day out from sickness since I started taking the Animal Pak.
I just purchased NOW brand Adam multi-vitamin for men. I have use the Walgreens brand up until now.
Mega-Men, from GNC. The only thing worth buying there.

New Chapter daily Multi, I prefer the absorbtion of whole foods vitamins as oppossed to synthetic ones.

I use GNC’s Women’s Ultra Mega. It’s the best one I have found thus far.
