Standard Process, it’s made from food, nothing synthetic. you wouldn’t die if you ate a whole bottle. on the other hand, i think you could die (or at least get really sick) if you ate too many of some vitamins, because they’re sythetic chemicals which can be toxic in large amounts.

i’ve been using Puritans Pride Mega-Vita min time release formula for a couple of years. I use a separate mineral pill from them. laters pk

Although it’s not as complete, I feel much more mentally clear and focused using Centrum Performance

I also take the Costco/Kirkland Signature multi. I use the “Mature Adult” product because, although I’m not a senior citizen, the Mature Adult has no iron.
