This was after the most recent bout of torture, no hcg or test for 3 months. After stopping ambien blood pressure and liver is back to normal(actually had a few black out’s).He is starting me on 5grams of testim a day, no hcg or AI. Nipples already sore…He took me off everything after blood work showed my test at 1000 (I felt good) he freaked out over that.
Anyways, this was all I could get him to run and he was upset with me as it is. I would love to go back to shots again…

Your T to E ratio is a little over 4:1. That’s pathetic. How long are you going to let this guy fuck you over before you take measures into your own hands? Buy some anastrozole and be done with it. It’s your body and your life.
IT was A1C and he would not test sbgh. I do wish he would have left me alone but every doc seems to have their own protocol to push, the one before this would do hcg and nothing else, even told me I could go elsewhere if I wanted test.

I have a vial of cyp 200mg\ml and adex…I am just trying to be good and follow protocol, trust me I am real close to doing this myself. My brain is barely working with TT at 119 and I bet my E2 is way higher now.
rfish: A1c is the specific protein on the hemoglobin that would be measured. It is a percentage (so the result is number) indicating how well you body controls blood glucose levels over time, hopefully between 4 and 5.9%.
If your doctor says that “A1c” is the answer, fire him!
I’m sad and angry about the way your doctors have treated you, the typical: “take this shit I’m prescribing, pay me and leave me alone dumbdumb!”

Doctors have no single, agreed upon protocol for treatment of male hypogonadism. There are several age management organizations (Cenagenics, A4M are the biggest) which have specific numbers for when AI or HCG is called for, or for when to treat TT and what numbers to shoot for. Then you have doctors who try to follow protocols they derive from Endocrine journals or other medical literature, most of which is EXTREMELY biased against what is generally agreed upon as good treatment here on T-Nation.
I agree with happydog 100%, and I could have avoided fullblown Estrogen poisoning if I had followed his advice. Remember the following, this part has not been pointed out. One of the symptoms of low T/high E2 is an easy emotional overwhelm associated with emotional paralysis. In other words, the further you slide down that slippery slope, the less mentally able you are to pull yourself out of it. How evil is that? Doc
Your TSH (thyroid sensinhg hormone) is over 2 also. A good current doctor will know to run a full test on your thyroid so you don’t go emotionally into the toilet. (I once did). I hope you find a doctor that wants to help you first, and worry about his medical license second.
Dr. PC good to have you on here man…I am with you on the stress thing. My ability to cope is about gone. When I first started on test I managed to get promoted to a high level unix administration job and now I think they are sorry…had one (server) die the other day and it about pushed me over the edge “emotional paralysis” says it all, Hard to admit as a man but I put my head in my hands and sat down and cried.
Gonna give the testim a few more weeks them I will self administer shots and an AI.

I feel you, brother. Ten days ago I would have cried buckets and maybe slit my wrists just feeling sorry for YOU.
Doc
Creatinine is getting dangerously high if you’re a young guy with normal functioning kidneys. Perhaps that level was the reasoning behind his protocol for you.

You need to have multiple doctors — go to the one for HCG, get another who’ll give you Cyp, and buy ana from a research chem site.
HH, I will do that man. I need a new urologist now. I do get my adex from a research chem company and I have a source for hcg if it comes down to that.
