Great work so far! 47 lbs is no joke and neither is turning your life around in general.
ps. just to inform you so you can improve your English:
Descent means to go down, drop, or fall. I believe the word you were looking for in your original post is Decent which means appropriate or fitting. For speaking the only difference is Desent sounds like deeee (hard e) scent. While descent is a soft e if that makes sense.
Good progress! Keep squating and drinking chocolate milk and your progress will continue. Have you ever heard of the GOMAD bulking diet? Simple. Add a Gallon Of Milk A Day to your current diet.

I went from 180lbs to 224lbs… then had something in my stomach which had to be removed with surgery. Spend a week in the hospital, and now recovered after a month…
good job. welcome aboard. lots of us started very very thin as well. time + food + intensity. it’s a long term investment, progress comes at year markers. do it right for 5, 10, 20 years and see what you can create. look in the t-cell for member before and after pics. lots of inspiration. 5 years i’ve added 80lbs or so. you’ll hit sticking points, set short term goals…looking back my first goal was to hit a wopping 160lbs!
