Lol, I’m not from bb.com man. This is the first site I ever joined which had to do with bodybuilding. Pretty logical, since I just started to take it seriously.

So, luckily, my shoulders have always lived a happy life without injuries!

Awesome progress so far man. I don’t know if you already have, but I would start reading a lot of the articles on this website. There is such a wealth of knowledge on here.

nice work bro. you look like you really bulked right, you got a little fatter, which is totally acceptable, and clearly added some muscle. and don’t be ashamed about the lifts. You’re not throwing up huge numbers, no, but those are better than you might think after reading T-Nation.

I know that every thread on here has 150 pound guys talking about squatting 300 pounds, but most of it isn’t true. If you’re using good form, then adding a hundred pounds, give or take, on each lift, is certainly good progress in 11 months.

keep it up.[/quote]

x2 , well said. Keep going amsterdam, you’re doing it right and you’ve made solid progress so far.

Good job, keep it up.

Thanks for all the replies.

It motivates me even more to become bigger and lift more.

I have bronchitus now, so I’m on antibiotics since yesterday. Gues what, in the gym today I’ve set some PR’s, even while I’m feeling pretty fucked up. I benched 3x187lbs today, while I had the idea I was weaker than normal, so next week I’ll get another PR I think.

So I’m pretty curious how I look after my current trainingsprogram which will end in about 9 weeks.

I’ll keep everyone posted in my log:

Amsterdammed

I was just recently in Holland (Amsterdam and Eindhoven). I noticed men there are tall and slim. I had real difficulty finding pants in a Size 38 waist (which is not even big!)

Lol, yes men in Holland are really tall and slim. We’re the tallest nation of the world hehe. But certainly not the biggest, that are you guys in the USA. Bodybuilding isn’t really as popular as in the USA, over there almost everyone is big. Well, that’s the idea I got (I went to LA couple of months ago).

Hey man, very nice work!
Keep it up! T-Nation will be a great source of motivation.
When I started weight lifting 20 years ago, I weighted 155 and benched less than 100 pounds in my first few workouts. That’s more than 450 today. Progress doesn’t come easy, but it will come to those who are disciplined for years and years. Keep the passion alive, that’s the key.
Cheers, Para

Great work OP

I shall copy and paste the link of this thread in all the “I’m an ectomorph and it’s impossible to gain weight” threads

Great progress, AD!

Oh, and if you move to the states, avoid New Jersey.

It’s going to be LA btw

  1. It’s one of, if not THE most expensive states to live in.
  2. Half the state is a shit hole/polluted.
  3. Most of the women are ugly (except my wife).

Lol, fair enough.

Why don’t you move then?

Great progress! =)

TY.

It’s getting better everyday.

I’m going to make another picture in 4 weeks.

I hope I’m around 192-193lbs then!

Shot bro, good work so far.

Ya look way better than ya before pics already, at 6’2.5" and ya dedicated and keep making progress you’ll be a beast, can pack shitloads of muscle onto that frame.
Takes years to put on muscle and ya only 20 so got plenty of time for it.
(Same as me I’m only just turned 18 haha).
But good luck and I’ll be right there racing ya to get the biggest !

Yeah great progress, especially for a beginner. Its tough for us tall guys (im 6’3)

Just wait, youre gonna get to 220 lbs and then realize that being this tall, 220 lbs dont look so big, and then its gonna really light the fire under your ass to get as big as possible. I went from 190 to 242 in the last 8 months (was 210 before this but dropped to 190 due to mono) and im still nowhere near what i want to look like. (when i started lifting my longterm goal was to get to 225 from 170, and then i got there but i was still skinny lol)

Great work!
I really like this transformation threads.

Keep up the good work, looking forward to see pictures of you at 220.
