Remember I am still looking for a few more training partners. There are only two of us right now. So if your in the area, serious about training, and want to train in one of the best gyms around send me a PM so we can get together and talk.[/quote]

Where are you located?

Oh, and I would make love to that setup…

I wish I had that kind of money for an elitefts setup.

Just spent about $700, got a rack from nybarbell, an FID bench, a weight tree, bar and 600lbs of weights. The bench and weights I picked up from play it again, saved a lot of money doing it that way. it’s not like plates have mileage on them, they work the same if they are new or ten years old, and I could care less if they all match.

I don’t care what anyone says that place is hard core and it will be hard for you not to get stronger with that equipment

shit man were did you get them dumbells from? and great set up buddy.

oh wait never mind, thats what i get for looking at pics first and reading second.

Do not train with this guy he is a Mirline (mirl plus marine)

Do you train with partners or a club of some sort? As it would be tough to use a monolift by yourself.

Currently I have one training partner and we also have a junior high kid that trains with us. We are looking to add a few more but it seems to be hard to find people in this area. I have posted on this site and on EliteFTS but no responses yet. There is a meet coming up in Yuba City in January so hopefully I can find a few there.

I see you made it onto the articles page on Elite. Congrats!

So how is your progress coming? You should have made them through in a few training sessions with the purchase.

I saw the article on EliteFTS, very nice!

what is the dimensions of your garage also how much floor space did you need for the reverse hyper, the hig/low pull, ghr is needed.

also where do you do your pulls i.e. deads and cleans etc

I believe a road trip is overdue from those who are in so.cal.

I’m guessing you have a nice stereo setup with some loud speakers? With that, that is pretty much the perfect home gym setup :stuck_out_tongue:
