Mixed things up with GPP. sled sprint + hammer, prowler + sled (both at same time), etc. I wanted to end with 100 hammer swings but I’d had enough after 20.
I’m loving the GPP work. Next I want to set up several exercises in a row at different stations. Something like: sled drag,large tire flip,prowler,trap bar farmers carry,sledgehammer,hill sprint. I’m drooling thinking about it.

50 sledgehammer swings
prowler sprint x 25 yards
stone carry x 25 yards
sled sprint x 25 yards
Went through this once with rest as needed. Going to add some more weight to the prowler and sled.

400 lb tire flip x 25 yards
50 sledgehammer swings
prowler sprint x 25 yards
stone carry x 25 yards
sled sprint x 25 yards
I added 85 lbs to the prowler and 42.5 lbs to the sled (cement block weighs 42.5 lbs). The first time through I was able to do the tire flip,sledgehammer and prowler without any rest. My second trip with the stone I had to set it down twice. Getting better all the time.
