sled drags x 6 trips x 100 feet
sveral stone lifts
My two boys (10 and 12) and the neighbors two boys (7 and 10) all hit the sled drag, sprints, 1 arm db MP and farmers carries today. They all worked so hard but were in good spirits. There was no sitting around. If you weren’t dragging the sled you were sprinting or doing MP. See if they’ll come back out on Wed.
I’m planning on squatting and benching tomorrow night. See how pathetic my bench has become.

I’m hoping to have a lot of these backyard parties over the spring and summer. You’re all invited.

No warmup today. Got right down to business.
I’ve been doing 1-3 sets of pullups and pushups then walking 9 flights of steps every day pre lunch for the past two weeks. Trying to use my time a little more wisely. See if it helps shed some of my winter coat.

The write up is so economical but just had to say outstanding work, 510x2 squats and nice presses. Inspiring stuff with the kids.

After reading several of your logs I’m gonna dust off my trap bar and put it to use. Maybe as an assistance exercise.
Impressive numbers on the lifts and I like the strongman stuff in the mix. You are in pretty good shape and strong as hell way to go man.
