Got back from Cananda yesterday. Son’s hockey tournament. Four days and nights of boozing,eating poorly and not sleeping well. He had a great time though. And the team made it to the semi-finals then got blown out 10 to 1.

Its been eight days since I touched a weight. End of the year hockey tournaments. A couple more weeks and this hockey season will be over.

Thanks James & Joe. My legs did ache for several days.

Off to Rhode Island tonight for our last away tournament. The end of this never ending hockey season is in site. My upper body strength has taken a nose dive but my squats seem to be surviving the limited amount of lifting I’ve been doing.
I can’t wait to get outside and carry some stones this spring. I want try farmers carried with my trap bar.

Got back from Rhode Island around 10:30 this morning. Team came in forth in New England except for Mass. They have their own regionals.

It shows I haven’t lifted stones for several months. I was as weak as a school boy.

I keep looking but no slosh pipe? great weather for being outside with the rocks!

Thanks guys. A slosh pipe looks so cool. I’ll get one some day. Currently I’m trying to come up with several stone carry/ sled drag/ sledgehammer workouts.
