Got back from Cananda yesterday. Son’s hockey tournament. Four days and nights of boozing,eating poorly and not sleeping well. He had a great time though. And the team made it to the semi-finals then got blown out 10 to 1.
Thanks James & Joe. My legs did ache for several days.
Off to Rhode Island tonight for our last away tournament. The end of this never ending hockey season is in site. My upper body strength has taken a nose dive but my squats seem to be surviving the limited amount of lifting I’ve been doing.
I can’t wait to get outside and carry some stones this spring. I want try farmers carried with my trap bar.
Thanks guys. A slosh pipe looks so cool. I’ll get one some day. Currently I’m trying to come up with several stone carry/ sled drag/ sledgehammer workouts.
