Brett,just trying to find some love for squats. Its coming slowly.

I had to drive over 300 miles today with my oldest son and a couple of his teammates. Played in Lewiston Maine. Did this workout in the am. My wife had to drive over 200 with my youngest. Uggggg

Nice quick workout Steve. How did the boys do?

ATP1,I’m not sure about being a machine but I try to hit it hard every time I workout. The 300 miles was the total trip. I had a great day hanging out with my son and his teammates.

Wilson,quick workouts are what I’m all about. My boys had fun and did well but we had only 2 victories out of 7 games this weekend.

I’m hoping to squat tonight. My evening looks open but that can change quickly. I want to try Dan Johns 315x30,275x30,225x30 squat workout. Not sure I can squat 315x30.

405x20… I hope you make that vid. I’ll for sure bet you snap those reps off easy. Damn nice squatting with the 315x20.

I can’t imagine being disappointed or saying that I wimped out after 30*315. I would seriously pay to see that.

If I could just get a little lower at the top of the hangclean I could lift so much more. But I’m stiff as a board and look like I’m doing a fast upright row. The bb rows I pulled to nipple height which was much more difficult.

First time deadlifting in awhile. Felt great. No pain.

My wife made meatloaf,mashed potatoes,homemade bread,peas,corn,beans,brussel sprouts and homemade cholatechip cookies for dinner/desert today. I ate way too much. Going back for cookies right now.
