Picked one exercise and ran with it. Shoulders are feeling great. Threw in the stiff deads for kicks at the end.

Joe,I’m sure my cleans are not the most coordinated looking things. But the bar gets from the floor to over my head somehow.
Wilson,I think you misread my workout. I did 10 sets of 1 rep with 225. I wish I could clean and press 225 for 10 straight reps. But thanks for thinking I was strong enough to do that.

Yep, I dont read worth a crap… Must be the eastern NC education! 10 sets of 225x1 still blows me away. pretty damn sweet.
Good job in here Steve. When you write it like 225x10x1 looks like 1 set of 10. Try 225x1x10.
Just need some cold weather and you’re all invited over.
It orginally was 48 x 36 but the last 12 feet dove 10 inches. So this year its only 36 x 36. Next year I’ll get the neighbors lazer level and some loam and hopefully it’ll be 52 x 36.

Just wanted to get some blood flowing. Everything was very light.

Pulled something in my right lat with 515 on the way up so I put it down real quick. Never felt anything like that before.
Probably the wise course to let that 515 go. Sometimes you just aren’t quite right and no point in doing something that might cost you training time.

Harry, you’re a freak of nature. Must be all of your clean living. And I don’t think I twist when I pull. But I’ll try and make a mental note to watch for any odd movements.
